Pros:

La habitación tenía un buen tamaño para dos personas y estaba limpia. Las ventanas tenían mosquiteras y había bastante espacio de almacenaje y nevera.
El personal fue amable, nos trató muy bien y nos ayudó siempre que se lo pedimos.
El desayuno estaba rico, era suficientemente abundante. Lo tomamos en la terraza de la habitación porque el restaurante no está abierto y, aunque la mesa era pequeña, nos apañamos.

Cons:

La ubicación es buena en tanto a que está en frente de la playa, pero en temporada baja no hay absolutamente nada. Ningún restaurante ni supermercado cerca, todos requieren coger el coche a Himare como mínimo. No lo consideramos algo negativo, pero sí a tener en cuenta.
Las toallas eran bastante malas, ásperas y rígidas, y no había champú o cosas así. Tampoco nos parece crítico, pero sí a tener en cuenta.

We were absolutely delighted with our stay!

The room was super clean, modern, and very comfortable. Honestly, for this level of quality and comfort, I believe the owners could easily charge much more - the price feels incredibly generous.

The view from the balcony completely took my breath away - the sea felt like it was right at arm’s length. I was honestly shocked and completely charmed by how beautiful it was.

The breakfast was outstanding - one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had. Everything was prepared with such care and generosity. You can really feel that everything here is done with heart and genuine hospitality.

Highly recommended! We would definitely love to come back.

Buena ubicación
Pros:

La ubicación delante de la playa. A tan solo 30 MTS, con vistas al mar desde la habitación. Un hotel pequeño y familiar. Pero acogedor y su personal muy atento.

Cons:

Que tuvieron un problema con el termo, y no había agua caliente para la ducha. Pero es entendible. Las averías no avisan.

Hotelito frente a Livadeh
Pros:

Es un hotel chico, frente a la playa, con sillas y sombrillas gratis para los huéspedes. El auto se puede estacionar fuera frente al hotel. Tambien te dan toallas de playa.
La habitación y el baño eran cómodos, limpios y modernos. El a/c funcionaba bien. El desayuno era muy completo.
Los chicos que atendían en el restaurante debajo de las habitaciones eran muy atentos. Aunque no hablaban español, siempre trataban de entendernos y nos atendían bien.
Para registrarse al llegar solo hay que dar el nombre.

Cons:

Hay que subir dos pisos de escaleras para llegar a la habitación.
Hay que pagar en cash, pero tienen varias ATMs cerca del hotel.

Skvělá poloha přímo na pláži, pokoj byl moc krásný s balkónkem a klimatizací.

Cons:

Snídaně nejsou formou bufetu, ale každé ráno si vybíráte z menu - na výběr vajíčka na 4 způsoby a pak palačinky. Pokud se chystáte na každodenní výlety autem, vyjet z vašeho parkovacího místa může být složité, protože se tady běžně parkuje do 3 řad s žádným výjezdem, takže se musíte domlouvat s obsluhou a nějaký čas tím ztratíte.

On the beach!!
The hotel has its own beach beds- this is great!
The food of the down stairs restaurant is amazing!
The owner is sooooo sweet lady!
The location is really good- very nice walk with good restaurants and atmosphere

Cons:

A bit expensive for 3 stars hotel..
Take only beach front rooms- the mountains view rooms are small and not so attractive.

Such a pleasant and relaxing place. We will definitely be back.
Pros:

Location is great. Very nice and clean rooms. Rooms were cleaned daily, fresh sheets and towels. The owner Liza such a pleasure. Friendly and very helpful staff. Thank you Liza for being a great host.

No Wifi. They said they had it but there was no connection in the rooms

Pros:

Sehr zu empfehledes Hotel, das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist perfekt, es muss nur die Straße überquert werden und man ist am Hoteleigenen Strand mit Liegen und Sonnenschirm! Zum Frühstück kann man von der Karte wählen. Es gibt keinen Aufzug, die Koffer müssen in die Zimmer über die Treppe getragen werden aber das Personal ist auch hier sehr hilfsbereit! Wir können das Hotel nur empfehlen.
