It was really clean, good location and nice staff.

Very accommodating and friendly.
Pros:

The receptionist was super friendly and very accommodating. She helped us with local guides to negotiate a fair price. She deserves a raise. She made our stay much better, she was the nicest Georgian we have met so far. They prepared our breakfast earlier so that we could eat before our early and long ride back to the city.

Cons:

The other guests were loud.

Relativ neues Hotel. Einfaches, aber gutes georgisches Frühstück.

Cons:

Es wirkt noch immer wie eine Baustelle. Ein linker Anbau ist begonnen, liegt aber offensichtlich schon länger auf Eis.

Struttura fatiscente, trasandata e disordinata.
La nostra stanza era squallida e malandata
Il bagno piccolo cadeva a pezzi, la doccia si è rotta appena arrivati, gli accessori erano pendenti perché stavano per staccarsi dalle pareti, calcare ovunque, tenda della doccia gialla e consunta
Sedie strappate, mobili rattoppati malamente, telecomando inutilizzabile perché le batterie erano ossidate
Appena fuori la stanza una discarica con reti e vecchie borse gettate a terra
Colazione misera e accompagnata da mosche che si posavano ovunque

ein stark in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel mit den unbequemsten Betten ever

Der einzige Lichtblick war das Frühstück, dieses war frisch und verhältnismäßig reichhaltig.

Cons:

Das schlechteste Hotel welches wir während unseres Aufenthaltes in Georgien hatten.

Vorweg: die auf den Bildern zu sehende grüne Wiese neben dem Hotel ist nun eine Bauruine einer offenbar gescheiterten Expansion.
Dadurch bedingt haben manche Zimmer nun einen Balkon auf dem „Vordach“ bzw. ein Fenster in die dunkle Bauruine.

Ich kann mich nicht erinnern jemals auf einer so durchgelegenen Matratze geschlafen zu haben. Ich habe jede Metallfeder gespürt und musste daher auf der Decke schlafen um es irgendwie erträglich zu machen.
Zudem hatte die Zimmertür 1,5cm Spalt zum Boden, wodurch die Ganze Nacht ein Lichtstrahl ins Zimmer fiel.

Neben dem Hotel bellte die ganze Nacht ein Hund, mangels Lärmdämmung konnte ich ihn und alle Menschen am Gang ausgesprochen gut hören.

Der Lift war defekt, weshalb wir unsere Koffer durch das enge Stiegenhaus hochschleppen mussten.

Der Parkplatz des Hotels ist großflächig mit Pferde- & Kuhkot bedeckt.

Great hotel to visit Mestia and its surroundings
Pros:

Staff extremely nice and helpful. We received great advices for our visit. Good quality price. Good breakfast. Perfect location (mainly if you come by car) I highly recommend

Pros:

Very friendly staff and trying to help. Breakfast was nice but not necessarily my type of taste.

Cons:

Bed was awful and room maybe a bit small. Ok for 1 person but for 2 persons it would be difficult to move inside the room.
