Pros:

Die beiden Rezeptionistinnen waren überaus aufmerksam, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und vielfältig. Die Lage war ruhig, allerdings etwas abseits, aber mit Blick auf Kirche und den alten Teil von Mestia mit den Wehrtürmen.

Cons:

Das Gebäude ist extrem ringhörig und wohl in ewiger Baustelle. Die Dachterrasse bietet einen tollen Ausblick, ist aber weder richtig fertiggestellt noch brauchbar eingerichtet. Vieles fällt schon wieder auseinander, bevor es richtig fertiggestellt ist. Schade.

Super uitvalsbasis voor Mestia en omgeving met top personeel!
Pros:

Het personeel! Salome was geweldig en hielp ons met alles! Ze was 24/7 beschikbaar, hielp met een schade aan onze auto, bracht ons naar het centrum en zorgde dat we voor het ontbijt lekkere versgebrakken broden hadden! Wat een topper! Voor de rest was de kamer helemaal prima, alles was aanwezig wat we nodig hadden!

Nos comunicaron que no habian recibido la reserva y que la habitación se la habían dado a otras personas.

No era cierto por que nosotros habiamos recibido un correo suyo confirmando la reserva. Nosotros somos genius 2 y las habitaciones salen más baratas. Creemos que aprovecharon que vinieron otros clientes que pagaban más (no a través de booking) para darle la habitación a ellos.

Muy impresentables y poco profesionales. Nada recomendado. Solo ir si no hay alternativa

Absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, with an amazing atmosphere and attention to every little detail.

The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed. The location was also excellent, making it easy to enjoy everything around us.

What impressed us the most was the level of service and how genuinely cared for we felt. It truly felt like a home away from home.

Great staff, everything that they advised was delivered.

Cons:

Moving between the two part of the room is hard because of the position of the bad and I hit my toes more than once.
Shower pressure can be better.

Sobre todo, la recepcionista era encantadora y pendiente de nuestras necesidades.
La habitación era amplia y teníamos un balconcito. Buen desayuno.

Cons:

Lo que menos el baño: tenía poca luz en el espejo (para lo que nos ponemos lentillas) y que la ducha no tenía mampara y el suelo se llenaba de agua.
