Замечательное местоположение
Pros:

Отличное месторасположение! Все локации очень близко:прекрасная набережная, по которой можно гулять бесконечно, кораблики, фуникулёр, вокзал, автобусы.
Было приятно, что мне повысили категорию номера до большого номера с удобствами!
В соседней комнате есть чайник, кофемашина, холодильник.
Предоставляют Тичино кард, которая позволяет пользоваться бесплатно общественным транспортом в регионе, в том числе поездку на кораблике Локарно-Тенеро-Магадино, а так же скидки на подъемники и во множество других мест.

Kleines Hotel mit Charme, preiswert, freundliche Gastwirte
Pros:

Top Lage: Das Hotel Scaletta ist wenige Schritte vom Bahnhof entfernt und sowohl die Seepromenade als auch die Standseilbahn nach Orselina und Cardada sind gleich um die Ecke. Trotz Bahnhofsnähe ist das Hotel sehr ruhig gelegen.
Mit dem Hotel ist ein Restaurant verbunden (das hatte leider als ich ankam Ruhetag) und so wurde ich von der Gastwirtin zur vereinbarten Zeit erwartet und sehr freundlich empfangen. Gebucht hatte ich ein Zimmer mit Gemeinschaftsbad, das angebotene Upgrade auf Bad im Zimmer nahm ich gerne an.
Das Hotel ist liebevoll eingerichtet und versprüht Charme. Das Zimmer war bestens, das Frühstücksbuffet war ebenfalls voll OK. Lift gibt es keinen. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt.

Prima Aufenthalt. Im Frühjahr oder Herbst jederzeit wieder.
Pros:

Sehr netter Gastgeber. Kleines liebevoll gestaltetes Hotel.
Gutes Frühstück mit mehreren Sorten Brot/Brötchen/Croissants, frischem Obst, Joghurt, Müsli, gekochten Eiern. Frühstückszeiten angenehm (8-10h; Bergsteiger könnten bestimmt bei diesem netten Gastgeber auch mal eine frühere Zeit vereinbaren).
Super zentrale Lage direkt beim Bahnhof und 3 Min. zum See :-)
Ich hatte ein EZ mit Etagenbad reserviert und ein Zimmer mit Dusche/WC bekommen. Zimmer sauber. In meinem Zimmer gab es schallisolierte Fenster; da ich im Frühjahr dort war konnte ich abends gut durchlüften, dann das Fenster schließen und es war angenehm ruhig. Für ggf. laute Zimmernachbarn kann das Hotel nichts.
Ich würde mich im Frühjahr oder Herbst jederzeit wieder im Scaletta einmieten.

Cons:

Matraze und v.a. Kissen für meinen Geschmack recht fest; ich bevorzuge es etwas weicher.
Wassertemperatur der Dusche in meinem Zimmer (6) schwer zu regulieren; klappt aber mit etwas Fingerspitzengefühl ;-)
