Angenehmes Hotel in zentraler Lage
Pros:

Die Lage ist super, sehr zentral. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Getränke sind alle vorhanden. Es ist sehr sauber.

Cons:

Die Auswahl beim Frühstück könnte größer sein. War etwas übersichtlich und immer nur in kleinen Mengen vorhanden. Nachschub wurde auf Anfrage geliefert.

Angenehmes Haus und Umgebung zum Wohlfühlen, optimal für Stadtbesichtigungen.
Pros:

Zentrale Lage in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße mit hübsch restaurierten Gründerzeithäusern.
Angenehmes, gut ausgestattetes Einzelzimmer, gutes Frühstück und nettes Personal. Fahrradstellplatz in abgeschlossener Garage. Terrasse mit Sonnenschirmen, Getränke in Selbstbedienung. Viele Restaurants schnell erreichbar.

Cons:

Rezeptionsbereich und großer Zentralflur wirken nicht representativ, da auch zur Lagerung genutzt.

A good value hotel in a great location.
Pros:

Checking in was easy and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was very hot, so the hotel had installed a tower fan in the room, which kept the atmosphere cool and pleasant. No problems sleeping, unlike the reports I heard of another hotel in the same area. The breakfast was excellent. The location is also excellent, very near the Postplatz and Demianiplatz squares and the Jewish Cultural Centre; there are also good restaurants within a 10-15 minute walk.

Cons:

There are only really two things to criticise. One, the door to the hotel is locked even when the reception is staffed, so you need to ring the bell to get in, unless you have already checked in and have a key. Second, the reception staff are very friendly, but do not always seem to communicate with each other. I asked them to book a taxi when I arrived, for when I left, but when I came to check out, the person who was now at reception had no knowledge of it - I had to show him the WhatsApp message. It would have been helpful if he had been aware that a guest had a taxi booking. But this is just a suggestion for improvement - it would not stop me staying there again, or recommending it to others.

Empfehlung für Görlitzbesuch
Pros:

Das Hotel ist vom Bahnhof gut erreichbar und zentral gelegen. Es herrscht erholsame Ruhe. Das Frühstück ist sehr liebevoll angerichtet und hat eine sehr gute Auswahl. Getränke warm/kalt sind 24h im Angebot. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.👍
