Resolveu para o que eu precisava.
Pros:

O Café da manhã foi excelente e com muita variedade. Tinha ovos mexidos, frutas, bolos e muito mais. O local do café era um pouco apertado mas deu tudo certo.

Cons:

O chuveiro poderia ser ducha e não chuveiro eletrico. A maçaneta da porta estava reformada e poderiam ter trocado para ficar melhor. Mas não me atrapalhou em nada. A janela poderia abafar o barulho dos carros na rua.

Camas com lençol e travesseiro sujos , toalhas sujas, banheiro com vaso sanitário entupido, chuveiro queimado cafe da manhã desorganizado realmente decepcionado e um hotel com visual externo agradável porém lá dentro é decepcionante não recomendo

Localização muito boa, principalmente para fins turísticos. Ótima relação custo-beneficio.

Cons:

O quarto fica no subsolo, sem visão, praticamente, da paisagem.

Ademais, necessita de uma detetização devido à presença de insetos no banheiro.
