Very good experience in Amy’s guesthouse, feel very comfortable to live there.

這次溫哥華之旅唯一的遺憾就是這次住宿
Pros:

價格來說還不錯，但如果知道環境是這樣，就算價格再便宜也不會選擇這，整間屋子像是改建後的大怪獸，是由1棟獨立屋改建成多間出租套房，住七個晚上也從來沒見過房主人Ann，誰是員工也不清楚楚，有一天晚上甚至還沒9點，我們被鎖在門外，停車也是頭痛的問題，一天早上七點鐘左右我們甚至要等待其他剛好外出的旅客移車才能出去。

Cons:

房間到處都是灰塵，從被單到空調，我的呼吸道被折磨了七個晚上，洗衣機跟烘乾機大部分的時間都被清潔房間的被單被套佔用未取出，最後一天我們實在沒有時間了，只好自行取出，取出時被單被套在洗衣機裡可能都擺放兩三天有很嚴重的濕氣味！

A very disappointing experience. The room was dirty, and the bedsheets and duvet covers appeared not to have been changed after the previous guest. The floor was sticky and the Wi-Fi was unreliable. Definitely not a place I would recommend staying.

Do not trust them with your trip

**Added on October 19** on Oct 10, I got the last respond from booking saying they are still waiting for replay from Amy's Guesthouse", today is Oct 19, and we still didn't get our money back or any reply.***
Our parents’ accessible room was booked months in advance, yet it was given to another guest. We only found out upon their arrival, after a 26 hour journey, and had to urgently find them another place to stay. This was extremely disappointing and stressful, especially given how far in advance we had made the reservation

Cons:

They took our money, never provided the room, and still haven’t refunded us. Booking is staying silent, while both sides seem to be avoiding responsibility. We will not let this go. Complaints have already been filed with the relevant accessibility organizations in both the city and the province.

A place to sleep
Pros:

It’s a place to rest after driving the whole day to Vancouver. I guess it’s a home stay so don’t expect hotel level hospitality etc. however the room had basic features like a microwave. But plates n cutlery was difficult to get. But comfortable safe place to have a restful sleep. Quiet place , quite a large room with a sitting sofa as well.

Cons:

The shared kitchen was quite bad state from my perspective. Not sure if this was supposed to be shared? Seems all communication is better thru the msg app. Perhaps able to have a booklet to have some recommendations on what to do around the area, or have an anti slip mat in the bathroom.
