Pros:

Very clean, comfortable and nice and quiet.

Stanley was really kind, helpful and friendly when we had a medical emergency and needed to stay another couple of days. It was very much appreciated.

Rundum ein tolles Erlebnis! Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und konnten sogar früher einchecken als geplant. Das Zimmer war sauber und die Umgebung angenehm ruhig – nichts zu bemängeln. Die Lage ist perfekt, unser Uber-Fahrer fand die Adresse direkt über Google Maps, und von dort aus waren alle wichtigen Ziele in Vancouver gut erreichbar. Klare Empfehlung für alle, die eine unkomplizierte und angenehme erste Nacht in Vancouver suchen!

A wonderful vacation with friends.
Pros:

The rooms were spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The accommodation had a nice, quiet ambiance, perfect for a group of travelers. The owners were very friendly and helpful with our needs. The location was good. Not walkable to the nearest places of interest but still centrally located.

Cons:

Just a suggestion. Add bidets to bathrooms.

May be ok for some.
Pros:

Clean, spacious master bedroom (plus smaller separate single bedroom) were reserved, comfortable beds, good water temperature and pressure in the shower, easy parking with car visibility at night.

Cons:

No AC or temp controls in the room that I could find. Dark at night coming back, both inside and outside. It felt like someone’s house and we were just renting two bedrooms for the night - I felt like I was intruding. I didn’t want to disturb anyone so we tiptoed around - wooden creaky stairs inside seemed very loud in the quiet night. I also wouldn’t feel comfortable using the kitchen (not sure if that is even allowed)? So there was no fridge in the room. Maybe these things were in the details but I don’t remember. Not too big a deal as we were just staying for one night while passing through. The rooms did have coded access. Free WiFi.

Proximity to attractions ee were interested in

Cons:

No flat screen TV as advertised. Property manager refused to call back with solution to TV issue.
Separate bathroom that was unlocked and not private as adveritsed despite a note on the door saying for our room use only.
Garden view was of a junk filled back yard
3 large dogs loose on property when we came home at 9pm barking and growling at us forcing us inside.
We were instructed to remove our shoes throughout the whole place and offered communal slippers that did not appear clean.
Communal kitchen facilities unsafe and cluttered
Thin walls and poor fitting doors were less than sound proof.
More of a hostel than a hotel.
Staff we could find spoke little English.

Very nice location with huge rooms
Pros:

The rooms are big, washrooms are clean with enough supplies.
The tables outside & under the tent is a good area to hang out with friends.

We're a group of 7 friends from different places and we all love the place.

The host, Stanley, is very accommodating and friendly.

This is our 3rd time.

Cons:

Since Im a short girl, I find the comforter at room 8 to be quite heavy 😁

It was a perfect place to unwind.
Pros:

The hosts were very welcoming. Our bedroom and attached washroom were very clean and very spacious.

Cómoda y linda. Acertamos con el lugar.
Pros:

Muy cómoda la habitación y muy equipado todo. Los anfitriones muy buenos y dispuestos. La ubicación excelente si quieres estar cerca del aeropuerto, ferry a Victoria y Steveston Village. Un poco alejado del centro pero vale la pena si tienes automóvil para manejarte.

Cons:

El día que llegamos las habitaciones no estaban terminadas de asear. Trabajan los dueños y se ve que por ahí no llegan bien con los tiempos. Las sábanas tienen un poco de olor a humedad porque no las secan al sol. Usan una secadora y por ahí quedan en la máquina un tiempo. Pero son limpias. La limpieza es buena.
