Pros:

The room is beautiful, clean and comfortable. All the instructions for access are clear and easy. It was nice to stay at Amy Guesthouse. I'll probably come back here next time I'm traveling to Vancouver.

Clean and comfortable but lacked some communication regarding alternative parking.
Pros:

Quiet & peaceful.

Cons:

Unfortunately we didn’t have a tv. Also we had parking for 3 of the 4 nights of our stay…we arrived back to the property late one evening to find there was no parking available and being unfamiliar with the city we didn’t know where to go or what to do. We reached out by phone and text to Amy’s but got no reply. We eventually parked quite a distance away hoping we didn’t get towed.

非常的舒适干净的房间，华裔房东太太特别热情，任何需求和疑问都能得到及时的解决！公用区域的饮用水，咖啡机，微波炉，冰箱还有洗衣房都可以按需给客人提供使用，特别方便！超满意的体验！下次出差还会再来！

Comfortable feel like home.
Pros:

New house, clean, the best Japanese toilets! Staff are so nice.

Everything is great except some other guest came back in middle of night and walked around and talked loudly.

5 star finishes, convenient, and quiet, like staying with friends- I could live here!
Pros:

A charming, immaculate, modern home, with exceptionally warm hosts and the most comfortable bed.

Cons:

Only that I couldn’t stay longer to visit with the hosts :)

Pros:

There was so much we liked about this accomidation that its difficult to know where to start. Hosts were very accomidating when we needed help and made last minute changes, the rooms were immaculate and very spacious. Location and affordability were on point for us.

Basic room with private bathroom.
Pros:

Big modern home. Good neighbourhood. We were in room #6. Large bedroom with a couch large attached modern bathroom. Good large shower. I think all the rooms are on the 2nd level. Off street parking. There’s a common fridge in the large hallway.

Cons:

A very hard bed so not comfortable for us. No TV. Wifi was spotty. You will likely never see the owners so seems unfriendly in that sense but I think they live there.
