Hotel Frigopan

let's start with the good... 1st they accepted the early check in immediately, 2nd the room was clean. THAT'S! Let's go to the negatives, you enter the hotel after we barely found the entrance.... I open a door in the dirt, the windows, I see a black sofa in the dust and cobwebs underneath, we enter the elevator and... He smells the horses.... The girl at the reception comes where she hardly speaks old English, she gives us the key and after returning the change to me she left without any instruction about breakfast, hours, restaurant location etc.... We go to the room, it has damage but it is as shown in the photos... Let's go for a walk... We see her all day at the hotel2 working the same girl who was at the reception... I tell her with a smile.... Do you work all day here? She looks at me with a sour look as if I had done something bad to her, she turns around to answer and after about 10 seconds she turns around and says... I don't speak English, which in the morning when we were welcomed didn't seem to not speak...
I felt quite embarrassed, I can't understand that someone who works in the tourism industry doesn't speak basic English, that these people will serve us if we need something, it's also common, at least in Greece... When we have customers or visitors, we should receive them even with a smile or even with a willingness to help with the basics... Since in the end they leave us their money and entrust us with their holidays.
Breakfast had 4 things to choose from. Nothing more!! A coffee without a cookie or something to have as an option, for €59.4 that we paid, I don't think it was worth it. Breakfast at least should have had something else.

The door on toilet didn't fully close

La salle de bain n’avait pas de tapis de bain, pas de crochet pour les serviettes ou vêtements, rien pour poser ses affaires de toilette ! Et il n’y avait pas de lampe de chevet ou lumière d’ambiance près des lits. Dommage ! De plus, quand j’ai appelé l’accueil pour avoir des infos un soir de gros orage (plus d’électricité et d’internet), personne n’est venu!!! Et attention aux moustiques…

The pillow was a bit uncomfortable, but generally not a big deal.

La orele 01:00 o gălăgie cum un etaj mai jos de zguduiau geamurile.Am solicitat de la gazdă să rezolve problema ,la ce ni s-a propus o altă cameră în altă aripă a hotelului (mulțumim ) ,dar din păcate acolo gălăgia tot se auzea foarte tare ,iar noi obosiți după 15 ore de drum și a doua zi iarăși trebuia să ne trezim la 6 ,nu ne-am odihnit deloc .
