Nicely located near Union Sq but the parking charge is a put off for sure.

This was our third stay at Club Donnatello and we hope to be back next year, although comments below may change our mind.

Cons:

I remember there was a bar before so the lack of one and no dining facilities were a dissapoiintment.
The rate for the valet parking is far too expensive. We had a Crysler Pacico and that was classed as extra large, I could accept this clasification for a big SUV like a Ford Expedition as we had last year. This might take us away from Donnello next year if its not rectified. Sorry to say this because otherwise we really like the hotel.

Pros:

Clean and spacious rooms. Staff was great! Very helpful. It is within walking distance to the cable car and had many restraunts nearby to eat. I also loved that they did valet parking. We will definitely be back!!

Pros:

It’s cozy and yet spacy. Perfect Location. Club floor is nice for free tea coffee. The staff is wonderful; everyone on the lobby floor is perfect, so helpful. Everytime i come back to this hotel..

Great value for money, good location. Nice big rooms
Pros:

Great Value, nice big rooms. The happy hour was a nice way to meet people and enjoy the roof top bar. I like the fact I could use the sauna and shower when I got in from my long haul flight before my room was ready.

Cons:

There was no real breakfast option. Not enough fresh air. The fact the main entrance was locked early and you had to come in through the side door.
The fact that the lift could be accessed and used by anyone, rather than those with a key card, meant it felt a little bit unsafe.
I was there for a week, they could have discounted the price for a 7 day stay, and allowed me a later checkout. And also cleaned the room at least a couple of times.

Grande chambre très lumineuse avec une grande baie, la literie est excellente, tout est très propre, agréable d'avoir un coin cuisine avec frigo et lave vaisselle, je serais tenter d'y ajouter une plaque de cuisson!

Cons:

lors de ma réservation sur booking, il était mentionné qu' il y avait un parking pour la voiture mais pas que cela engendrerait un cout supplémentaire au prix de la chambre.
