De locatie was ontzettend fijn

Cons:

Het is een erg oud en gedateerd hotel die niet meer goed schoon is gehouden. Overal schimmel in de badkamer en een erg gehorig pand. Ook hebben wij 24/7 chloor geroken op onze kamer, mogelijk van het zwembad. De prijs was erg laag, dus misschien hadden we er ook niet veel van kunnen verwachten. Toch viel voornamelijk de hygiene ons erg tegen.

Im sure it would be an excellent choice if you got upper level rooms.
Pros:

The welcome snacks and ice cream were great. This hotel had the best breakfast buffet! It was amazing with many great choices. The view from the dining room was great. THe hotel had a beautiful lobby and was in a great location to get to the center and to the sights we wanted to see.

Cons:

We were in what felt like the basement. We had 3 rooms and 2 had mold smell and black mold on the bathroom doors. One was really bad that we shouldn't have stayed in it. There was no outdoor view from the windows. They had fish tanks with nothing but glass walls and too small of space for the fish. The dinner in the restaurant was quite bad for the price. Out of 6 of us only 1 liked the meal. 2 items we ordered we never got, which we know is due to language barriers.

Cons:

Die Zimmer lagen tiefer, fast im Keller. Beide waren schlecht gelüftet, eines sogar sehr schlecht.

Das Restaurant hat keine große Speisekarte. Die Auswahl beschränkt sich auf Standards. Qualität OK, mehr aber nicht.

Good value for the location and the breakfast
Pros:

The children liked the ball pool and the aquariums very much. The daily welcome drink and snacks, and the free ice cream was awesome.
The breakfast was delicious and good value

Cons:

Our rooms were in the basement and did not have any view outside to the city. A small group of Muslims in front of the hotel sang its prayers at 4:00am and we were woken up every day.
The rooms weren’t very clean. Beds were clean but everything else was not.

Top spot in Malang, highly recommend!
Pros:

The interior, exterior and service was just remarkable!

Cons:

Only some minor stuff, like not labeling the liquid dispenser at the breakfast hall. But I think it was orange juice and chocolate milk 😂

Fantastic value for a modern clean hotel
Pros:

We stayed for one night due to being picked up the next day for a three day excursion. We found the room and bathroom to be very clean and generous in size. The beds we had in the twin room were very comfortable and clean.

Cons:

The view out of the window looked straight on to a wall so we couldn’t see where we were.
