Naprawdę miła i pomocna obsługa. Bezproblemowe zameldowanie i wymeldowanie. Przede wszystkim czysto.

Absolutny koszmar. Nie polecam.

Bardzo dobre jedzenie w restauracji.

Z soboty na niedzielę mimo zapowiadanej przez ala recepcję nocnej ciszy od godz 22, okazało się że trwała w restauracji znajdującej się pod pokojami bardzo głośna impreza. Finalnie trwała do 4 rano, a obsługa sprzątając ‚po' również o godzinie 4 rano przez kilkanaście minut wyrzucała i przerzucała szkło.
Kolejną sprawą jest brak łóżek - zamiast łóżka, zastałam pamiętającą czasy mojego pradziadka, niewygodna wersalkę.
Bardzo mały parking, niestety jako gość nie miałam szansy skorzystać i musiałam zostawiać samochód na ulicy.
W pierwszą noc nie działało ogrzewanie (w październiku) obsługa zaproponowała dodatkową kołdrę, która niestety nie pomogła przy tak niskich temperaturach.
Pokoje bardzo śmierdzą stęchlizną.
Wykupiony pokój z widokiem na jezioro - jest z widokiem na krzaki i choinki, a samego jeziora widać zza gałęzi dosłownie 2cm.
Letnia woda pod prysznicem. Poza 'czystością' łazienki i bardzo dobrym jedzeniem w restauracji nie mam absolutnie nic pozytywnego do dodania.

Fatalny, ogólnie nie polecam - chyba że wracasz prosto z imprezy, wstawiony i nic nie przeszkadza

Lokalizacja fantastyczna, na krótki pobyt można ostatecznie rozważyć.

Cons:

Po pierwsze - brak cieplej wody. Po drugie - toaleta bez klapy. W ramach rekompensaty zmiana na pokój z min lepszym standardzie: z klapą na toalecie, lecz nadal brak ciepłej wody. Jasne, cena dosyć konkurencja, ale minimum z minimum człowiek oczekiwać powinien. Personel hotelowy niezbyt pomocny, problem z wodą do końca wyjazdu nie został rozwiązany.

Cons:

Dwa wieczory nie było ciepłej wody. Czystość nie była najlepsza, pająki w pokoju. WiFi to tylko w teorii bo nie działało.

Pokój nie duży ale ładny, czyściutko. Uznanie dla obsługi mili i serdeczni ludzie.

Śniadań nie było. Lokalizacja dobra blisko jeziora i centrum.

Cons:

Problem byś z telewizorem i Internetem. W moim pokoju właściwie nie działał telewizor i internet. Uczciwie byłoby przekazać taką informacje dla korzystającego z noclegów.
