Ksamil è un bel paese in continua espansione. Il mare è stupendo e i locali sono per tutti i gusti.
Pros:

Colazione fantastica sia dolce che salata. Struttura praticamente nuova. Bella piscina. Tutto ben pulito e ordinato. Proprietario disponibile parla italiano e ci ha dato molti ottimi consigli e assistenza. Ristorante top ottima qualità e disponibilità del personale anche come orari. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Pros:

L'hôtel est super, le personnel est attentionné particulièrement avec les enfants. Les femmes de ménage nettoient vraiment à fond les chambres tous les jours.

Cons:

Tout était super. Le seul point d'amélioration peut-être sur le service à la piscine. Nous ne pouvons pas rentrer mouillé dans le bar/restaurant mais personne ne vient autour de la piscine pour prendre les commandes même à l'heure des repas

Pros:

Tiene un restaurante estupendo, con una amplia variedad de platos. Todo estaba muy rico. El servicio es bueno, los chicos que te atienden son muy agradables, profesionales y tienen muy buena actitud.

Cons:

La ubicación. Está cerca de todo y está bien para ir andando al centro, pero, en contrapartida, está justo en la carretera de entrada a Heksamil, con muchísimo tráfico continuo a todas horas, por lo que hay muchísimo ruido de los coches. Se oye en la piscina y en las habitaciones, aunque por la noche, con todo cerrado apenas se escuchaba y no te impedía dormir.

The staff was very kind and helpful. We had an electric car that needed charge and even their charger wasn’t compatible to my car they helped us to charge by using our charger! The pool was great.. the breakfast had variety and they offer private parking for real!

Personale e colazione scadenti. Posizione ottima, vicino al mare e pochi minuti dal centro ed in zona tranquilla.

Personale poco accogliente e attento alle esigenze del cliente. Camera non pulita con presenza di formiche. Fatto presente al personale, non hanno nemmeno mostrato interesse nel risolvere problema. Ho trovato anche blatta, che ho dovuto uccidere e togliere io. Bagno sporco, abbiamo dovuto far risalire per ripulirlo.
Colazione scadente e poco varia. Ogni giorno sempre le stesse cose e se resti per 13gg diventa pesantissima. Non hanno nulla per chi ha intolleranze o richiede prodotti integrali. Abbiamo dovuto comprare tutto noi all’esterno. Caffè e cappuccino ed altri prodotti caldi erano solo a pagamento, prima volta nella mia vita.
