Pros:

Struttura nuovissima. Stavano effettuando uno scavo davanti all'hotel (probabilmente per una piscina). Parcheggio gratuito molto ampio all'interno. Camera bellissima dorata di tutto, frigobar, aria condizionata, TV, cassaforte. Balcone con vista sul giardino. Il bagno grande, pulitissimo. Provvisto anche di accappatoi. La mattina colazione enorme e varia pure non essendo a buffet.

Cons:

Praticamente niente. L'unica nota stonata è stato notare in bagno una finestra pericolosa perché praticamente senza protezione. Per un bambino potrebbe essere pericoloso. La struttura è a qualche km dal centro, c'è bisogno dell'auto.

Very quiet location with close distance to Shkoder
Pros:

Very quiet hotel in a peacful location. The room was nice and cleaned to a high standard. The wifi was to a good standard.
There was parking on the grass and the gate was locked after hours. Breakfast was provided but I didn't purchase it as I had to leave early. The owner came out very early to open the gate for me as I need to catch an early ferry.

Cons:

The road to the propery (after the bridge) was unpaved with pot holes - not the fault of the property and not affected my review - just to make others booking aware (especially at night)

היינו המשפחה היחידה במלון ביום השני הגיעה עוד משפחה אחת.
רחוק מהמרכז
מזגן בקושי עבד ביום הראשון.ביום השני סידרו.
לא ניקו את החדר רק ביום השלישי
אחרי שביקשנו הביאו מגבות חדשות ונייר טואלט.
הם התאמצו כדי שיהיה טוב והביאו מה שרצינו אבל זה פשוט לא מספיק טוב ולא ברור הדירוג הגבוה של המלון

Unterkunft liegt etwas außerhalb, dafür in der Nacht sehr ruhig. Zimmer sind schön, neuwertig und sauber.

Kühlschrank ist in einem Kasten eingebaut und produziert sehr viel Wärme

Czystość, pomocny personel, darmowy bezpieczny parking

Cons:

Mieliśmy dwa pokoje na 1 i 2 piętrze. 1 ok, natomiast na drugim było bardzo gorąco (na szczęście była klimatyzacja, ale nie miała opcji spania - mimo ustawienia wysokiej temperatury bardzo mocno „mroziła” pomieszczenie). Śniadania dodatkowo płatne (mała kwota), szkoda że nie było wliczone automatycznie w cenę.

Siisti majoitus. Hintalaatusuhde kohdallaan. Henkilökunta ystävällistä. Olivat yhteydessä meihin etukäteen ja pyysivät ilmoittamaan 30min ennen saapumistamme jotta laittoivat ilmastoinnin valmiiksi päälle! Kuuman kelin pelastus päästä suoraan viileään huoneeseen!

Kävelymatkan päässä ravintola. Parkkipaikka oli. Uimaallas oli heillä tulossa käyttöön.

Gute und sehr saubere Zimmer. Ein Highlight ist der Pool!!! Der ist für die Lage wirklich optimal. Die Familie war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles leer easy.
Wir waren bewusst nicht in der Stadt um nach der Übernachtung zum Komani See zu fahren. In der Nähe sind kleine Supermärkte und ein TOP albanischen Restaurant mit albanischen Preisen.

L'emplacement un peu en retrait, permet d'être au calme, loin de la circulation.
Le petit déjeuner à 5€, fait maison et copieux
La gentillesse du personnel.
La propreté de l'hôtel.

Sehr zu empfehlen!!!
Pros:

Modern eingerichtet, freundliche und sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeber, das Frühstück war hervorragend und Fisch zubereitet, wir haben uns von Anfang an wohlgefühlt
