Pros:

Positives:
- The hotel has very clean and new rooms with beautiful clean bathrooms, which made me feel comfortable.
-The surrounding is usually quiet and offers enough small shops and restaurants.
- Also the town has most facilities you need and its filled with kind, helpful residents.

Downsides:
- I found white stains on two of the bed pillows.
- On one of the nights there was a very loud party going on in the hotels' restaurant downstairs until 00:30 hrs. The building is definitely not soundproof. The next morning I had to get up at 7AM, because of a safari tour. But because of the party noise I didnt sleep well at all, which was frustrating.They should be more considerate of guests who need their sleep. Also, some of their staff should be trained better in tourism, but overall they were very nice and happy to help.

Pros:

Our room was clean . Room had almost every amenities needed. Bed and pillows were comfortable. but square pillows of bed were very dirty. Price of room was very reasonable also.
Bathroom was modern and clean. However water pressure of shower was very low.

Staff was friendly but slow at service.

Foods were delicious and good quality, portions are larger also.

Apart from parking everything else is good in this hotel. Can be recommended.

Parking is very limited here. Had to take my vehicle here and there several times so as to take other vehicles out. That's the issue of this hotel.

Wonderful Family Stay at Hotel Senondra – Thank You!
Pros:

Our family recently stayed one night at Hotel Senondra, and we had such a pleasant experience that we felt compelled to leave a review. From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient, making check-in a breeze after a long day of travel.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-suited for a family stay. We had everything we needed for a restful night, and the atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming.

Breakfast the next morning exceeded our expectations! There was a good selection of food and everything was fresh and tasty.

A special thank you to the boys in the team, including Madhawa, for their outstanding hospitality. They were attentive, polite, and genuinely made us feel at home. It’s rare to come across such a dedicated team, even for a short stay.

We would absolutely recommend Hotel Senondra to other families and would happily return in the future. Thank you again for a great experience!
