Breakfast had variety and were fair, in my opinion. The location is good since you can easily go to nearby malls, church, and other establishments. The staffs were nice.
Location is a bit difficult for elderly companions due to the steep slope going to the hotel. We stayed Sunday and the nearby worship service was audible from the hotel. Keycards were broken during our stay.
Very new hotel, clean and comfortable rooms with very hi-tech facilities. All the usual amenities were provided. Large courtyard for self-parking with security guard monitoring. Breakfast was provided to the room at the requested time, from a selection of four options, nothinmg fancy but perfectly adequate.
Good and very clean
Cotabato was part of my journey of discover the Philippine Iam Arabo came from UAE orginaly from Syria. Every one told me dont go cotabato it is not Safe, but me i dont give attention to what people say
So the first thing i came to this hotel after long trip from Davao and i can say
The hotel was fine
I like the staff are very professional, the security as well morning and evening shift,

The only thing to improve is the breakfast
Breakfast could have been better
Secure and clean. The a/c worked well. We only stayed for one night. Bed and sheets, pillows, towels were up to standard. No bugs and no surprises. I would stay here again.
The hot water could have been hotter. I didn’t like that flushing down toilet paper was not allowed.
Very clean and the rooms were well equipped.
There is no space to sit and chat outside the rooms except for the car park area
A very clean, well-maintained, and well-appointed facility with friendly and helpful staff. Attention to detail in the room is apparent, and it even smelled very good after every cleaning. Bathrooms are great, there's a living room area separate from the bedroom with a useful smart table, a couch with a table, and another small dining/work table. Beds are very comfortable. They also serve a pretty good local brewed coffee with breakfast, not just instant. Surpassed all my expectations and will be my go-to for stays here from now on.
Soundproofing is not very good, you hear everything happening in adjacent rooms.
Location is also good, just off the highway close to lots of restos and a gas station, but some might consider it a longer walk to the nearest store.
