Pros:

Ubicacion y valet gratis el personal de recepción super amable no podria quejarme de eso también el check in y el check out flexible.

Cons:

Me gustaron mas las fotos que estar directamente ahi, las instalaciones ok pero la habitación con diseños muy viejos el telefono no funcionaba para comunicarse a recepción, me imagine un hotel con acabados mejores

No hay tiendas dentro de las instalaciones ni farmacias para unas curitas o paracetamol , no hay tienda de ropa... Para comer un traje o toalla o sombrero. No hay tienda de alimentos quizá para comprar agua simple ya que el agua que dan está caliente y solo por vaso ..

El hotel estaba muy limpio, los cuartos decentes y buena comunicación previa a la llegada del hotel.

Cons:

Pagamos desayuno incluido. Te dan una tarjeta donde dice “todo servicio de alimento incluido” al bajar vemos un buffet y nos servimos, los meseros no nos dicen nada incluso al pedirles las bebidas y al momento de dar la tarjeta nos comentan que esa tarjeta solo incluye “desayuno americano” y que tendríamos que pagar el buffet. Al enseñarles que la tarjeta dice TODO SERVICIO DE ALIMENTOS INCLUIDOS y al no especificar que tipo de desayuno era, no pueden esperar que como cliente infieras que TODO SERVICIO DE ALIMENTOS significa nada del buffet. La mesera muy grosera nos puso caras y al final no nos cobraron ya que el desayuno que incluían era chilaquiles y eso fue lo que comimos del buffet…. Pero si hubiéramos tomado algo más nos hubieran cobrado

Good for a few days, heated pool, great location, but be warned of slow Wi-Fi and hard beds.
Pros:

Spacious rooms, good and heated pool, great water pressure, great location, cable TV, good privacy.
We spend 5 days, and felt pretty comfortable.
There are great restaurants within walking distance, convenience shops, and pharmacy.
Included breakfast was good.

Cons:

Wi-Fi was slow at times, unusable for work or calls.
We had issues with the key 2 times and couldn't get into our room.
Beds are hard, so please keep that in mind when booking, it was a bit uncomfortable for me.
Garden areas were dirty, but they noticed once we were there and they cleaned the area for us.
There's no lift so it might be challenging for elderly people or travelling with family.
