Pros:

Staff is super nice! Specially Cesar made our stay super comfy and pleasant.

Cons:

Pools are much more smaller than it’s seen in the pictures.
Poor quality of food and breakfast options.

La ubicación es muy buena

Cons:

Las quesadillas son fuera del desayuno incluido y es lo mejor que hay. En la habitación no funcionaba la tele y tambien su red WiFi no funcionó en todo un día y no nos dieron otras opciones. Los aparatos del gimnasio están en mal estado

El buffet, malísima la comida y super caro, y aparte de lo que caro del buffet tienes que pagar extra por cada quesadilla que quieres ( sin sabor ).

Esperaba un poco más. Aunque no decepcionó demasiado.
Pros:

El pan del desayuno. Algunos del personal fueron muy amables, los del estacionamiento, el capitán o encargado de desayunos (lástima que sus meseros fueron muy malos en servicio en alberca).

Cons:

No me gusta que la foto principal está super truqueada, tiene una toma panorámica con unas proporciones que no corresponden en absoluto al tamaño del lugar. En si, el hotel es pequeño. Las dos áreas de albercas son pequeñas. No había toallas suficientes en la habitación. Las toallas para alberca son muy viejas. El personal que atiende restaurante, es el mismo de albercas; estuve por dos horas pidiendo a dos distintos meseros que me llevaran un menú para ordenar y ninguno regresó. El agua de las albercas no esta caliente, y una de ellas el agua bastante sucia. La ubicación del centro es lejana. El estacionamiento es algo retirado.

Las habitaciones del 2do nivel del restaurante muy buenas y muy silenciosas.

Cons:

Me tocó en la 406 justo antes de las escaleras del personal de servicio, entonces pasan a cada rato, se escucha mucho ruido. La habitación ua denota deterioro, la secadora de pelo no funcionó y no había plancha para la ropa. A pesar qje renté dos habitaciones no me quisieron cambiar. La comida mala, no mantiene relación precio - calidad.
