Fantastic location, nice and clean with very friendly staff

Rooms are themed.
No cupboard or wardrobes. We had to live out the suitcases
The staff was very nice and attemptive. The breakfast was very tasty. In the rooms you get Netflix, with a big screen, which is nice and good WiFi connection. The beds are super comfy.
Be careful while choosing room type. Only rooms that state "city view" have windows. So, we ended up staying in an interior room, with no natural light whatsoever. There are many hotels in Saigon that have no windows. However, this is usually clearly stated on the description of the room. When we booked, Dazi did not make this description, so it was a complete surprise for us. We just assumed that rooms without city view would have a view for the back of the building, for example. Also, by the pictures, you can not clearly see that the rooms have no windows. We stayed in the neon room, which had a privacy problem regarding the bathroom. Even though it had a curtain that could block the view to the interior of the bathroom on the main wall, it was still possible to see through it from the bed. Moreover, the door was completely transparent, which made using the toilet an uncomfortable situation. Furthermore, this was the type of bathroom that when someone took a shower, the entire bathroom would get wet, including the toilet ( there was no separation). Finally, the cleaning wasn't great. My feet were dirty from walking barefoot in the room, and there was dust all over. Please note this was an experience in the neon room. Maybe the other rooms do not pose the same issues.
The room had a unique charm to it. It was comfortable and the staff were very pleasant and welcoming.
Dazi was my first hotel on a 3 week trip to Vietnam. I unfortunately got food poisoning from their breakfast they served in the morning (egg sandwich). It is really disappointing because everything else about the hotel is perfect.

The Amazon theme was lovely but not terribly practical. Walking over stepping stones to use the bathroom and basin was not ideal. Plus it could have done with a table or vanity next to the basin so you had somewhere other than the floor to put your wash bag, etc.

Our stay at Dazi Signature was nothing short of exceptional, thanks to the incredible staff who went above and beyond to make us feel cared for and valued. From the moment we arrived, the team’s politeness and promptness stood out. They were incredibly accommodating and showed genuine care when my fiancé injured his leg during our stay. Their kindness and empathy truly made a challenging situation much more manageable.
The flexibility they offered with a complimentary late check-out was a thoughtful gesture that allowed us some extra rest and comfort, especially since we couldn’t spend our last day exploring before heading to the airport. It was evident that the staff genuinely cared about our well-being, and this left a lasting impression on us.
The room was cleaned daily to a high standard and was both spacious and comfortable. We felt right at home and enjoyed every moment of our stay.
We would also like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to the security guards on duty during our four-night stay. They were exceptionally helpful and attentive, going out of their way to assist my fiancé whenever they saw him struggling to walk. Their proactive support did not go unnoticed and made our experience all the more positive.
Overall, we have absolutely nothing negative to say about our stay. The exceptional service, combined with the warm and caring attitude of the staff, made this an unforgettable experience. We are deeply grateful to everyone at Dazi Signature and look forward to returning in the future. Highly recommended!

Room was a little small
Location of hotel was near to Ben thanh as well as near to Pho Vietnam eatery.
Also staff communication was top notch pre hotel stay - very responsive to enquiries about room type and check in timings. Also during check in , staff communicate well on the free meals . Also as I was checking out , staff communicated well with the security guard outside to help with my luggage. All in all a v seamless experience.
the jacuzzi spa inside the room was powerful hence relaxing. Free toast with eggs breakfast delivered to room was great as I did not have time to go out get street food in the morning.
Air conditioner placement a bit strange. Does not directly cover the bed area. Not a big problem as room was cold enough eventually
