Vicino aeroporto con shuttle free all’arrivo. Camera più che discreta

Accettano solo contanti. Avevo prenotato fornendo la mia carta di credito, nonostante ciò hanno preteso pagamento cash al check-in. È stato imbarazzante, perché il denaro occorrente per altre spese è stato necessario spenderlo per questo hotel

Disappointing
Pros:

Last time we stayed here I gave a great review, as it was well deserved, but this time not so. We booked a more expensive room (thinking it would be even bigger than last time) but found ourselves in a smaller room. When I queried it, the girl basically said “that’s it, that’s what you booked” and made no attempt to help.

Then my daughter was looking for her slippers, and looked under the bed and found it was full of rubbish under there. Obviously the cleaners have just been sweeping all the rubbish under the bed instead of taking it out. I asked them to clean it up, but when I returned to my room nothing had been cleaned. If the owners read this review go and clean under the bed in room 402.

We paid for a room that was for 4 people but only got 2 towels and on day 2 they failed to replenish the bottled water and never refilled the bodywash in the shower, not once in 3 days, even though I asked the cleaners to do it. This isn’t the same hotel it was the first time, that’s for sure.

Cons:

Read above - the rubbish under the bed, and no replenishment of body wash or toilet paper.

I like everything. They know how to treat their customers right. What stands out is how clean the hotel is, not just our room but in every area in the hotel. The staff are very accommodating. I will definitely recommend this hotel. Hope to come back soon! Thank you, Madison Suites. ❤️

Cons:

They state that they provide a free shuttle service from/to the airport. I sent several emails in advance to book this service, but I never received a reply. Upon arrival at the hotel, I was informed that they no longer offer this service.

A surprisingly nice place to stay over.
Pros:

I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The low price made me think it might not be that great, but it was really excellent. The staff are super helpful and the whole place is particularly well run. Check in and check out is super fast and the staff can help with getting taxis to the airport, which was great. I would thoroughly recommend this place. We chose it as it was close to the airport and it was a great stay over. We will stay again.

Cons:

It's right on a busy road so there is a bit of traffic noise at times, but inside the room you don't really notice it. There wasn't anything to dislike, really.

Bien para pasar una noche para un transbordo al aeropuerto. El personal de cuando llegamos encantador. Limpio.

Cons:

Muy ruidoso, había una obra en la calle de madrugada y se oía todo. Vinieron a recogernos al aeropuerto y esa noche nos confirmaron el traslado al aeropuerto por la mañana pero cuando llegamos por la mañana nos dijeron que no había transporte, tuvimos que pedir un grab.

Pros:

Everything, but the noise from the street and the tiny lights in the room that can not be turned off.

Cons:

All the rooms are above a road with a lot of traffic and the door of the room opens onto the street (no corridor), so quite noisy all the night.

The aircon green light and a green light directly above the light could not be turned off, quite disturbing for someone sensitive to such a thing.
