They should improve in their communication

They have a lot of branches but they don’t tell clients to which branches they should go to after booking

Imagine if you are new in South Africa and you go to a wrong place at 11 to 12 midnight, it will cost you too much money

It only exists on this platform. The address is wrong. The admin team will give you 3 different address when you call. So it is a scam. Disappointing to find it on a platform like this.

Central would come again

Cons:

The male is so nice went the extra mile to accommodate us since I was traveling. The lady is so unfriendly yet she's the face of the company we had problem's with our TV not 1s did she try to assist us.
