The food
Nothing
The property was clean and the food is pretty good
The bathroom door isn’t close shut.
The staff treated us as kings and queens. They were friendly and catered for our needs. Their food was top notch well cooked and value for money. My kids loved it there.
The rooms are truly impressive. A hidden gem really felt comfortable. And I’m very picky when it comes to accommodation. Really wishing growth and prosperity for the owners.
Not so much the property as you can tell that the owners have big plans for the place and it’s coming together very nicely. Only recommendation is properly if they come together as a community to create a paved road from main road to the Guesthouse.
I liked the customer care and friendliness of both the cleaners, and the kitchen staff. The best friendly service received from the gate guard Mr Makhetha who was caring and patient to assist a friend who had lost her car keys. Liked the environment where the BnB is located, rural area, serenity with cool breeze and the fact that out of town ambiance.
Lack of proper management and provision of kitchen requirements such as coffee, etc which were not available on our last day as requested.
The surrounding areas are mostly under construction and a high risk to visitors. The rooms such as 1- 5 are not supposed to be utilised at all, there is lot of construction taking place, we found ourselves having to go through bricks, pipes, and uneven rough ground ,which can cause a serious injury to one. Hips and loads of cement, crushed stones within the same areas.
The facilities are beautiful, can’t fault anything.
The staff is friendly
It took them 2 hours to assist us with check-in. We booked 3 separate rooms but we received two separate rooms.
It took them long time to serve breakfast
Everything about the stay and the food
Very friendly manager and staff, we were the only ones in the hotel but they made sure to make us feel welcome, cooked food for us. We also learnt a lot about Lesotho, overalls great stay.
Shower was a little broken, but no biggy
