Love to come back here, friendly staff helping out any issues that may arise

I just like the location, and the rooms are despite its centric location very quiet
Very clean, and friendly front office staff

Good location near the train station and pedestrian street.
Pros:

Next to train station. Interesting architecture.

Cons:

A little difficult to see from the train station. They said it had electrical outlets on both sides of the bed, but there was only one and our first try of plugging 2 CPAP devices into one adapter failed, waking us up in the middle of the night. The entrance has stairs and a very steep ramp so it isn’t good for wheeled luggage or reduced mobility.

Great location for visiting Geneva but not for sleeping.
Pros:

Location to train station and city center and many restaurants and grocery stores nearby

Cons:

The mattress was sagging and it was very noisy at night making it hard to sleep, earplugs are a must. The AC is extremely weak and you cannot control it so the room was very warm at night -difficult to sleep.
