残念
Pros:

レギスタン広場まで徒歩数分で、近くにレストランもあり立地はよかった。

Cons:

宿泊している人が自分しかいなかったようで、初日の朝は10分過ぎて朝食会場に行ったが、係りの人が遅刻してきたらしく準備ができていなかった。すぐに準備してくれたが、宿泊者が一人だったのでブッフェではなく一人分を準備してくれた、十分な品数と量だった。
次の日の朝は8時10分にレセプションに行くと、若いスタッフがソファで寝ていた、何度か声をかけたが起きなかったので、デスクのベルを鳴らすと起きた。すぐに朝食を準備すると言ったが、手も洗わずに作りそうな気配だったので朝食は断り外に食べに行った。他に泊っている人がいなかったのでだらけていたのだろうがとても残念。
夕方になると現地の人が数人、レセプション脇のソファや中庭にたむろしていて良い気分ではなかった。部屋は掃除はされていたが、階段などはとても汚れていた。中庭の吹き抜け部分はとても良い感じなのに、ところどころに放置してある埃を被った家具やゴミなどあった。シーズン中であればこういうことは無いのだろうと思うがとても残念だった。

スタッフのみなさん、とても優しかったです。そして部屋が広くてバスタブもありました。快適に過ごすことができました。
Pros:

朝ごはんが美味しかったです。
朝ご飯が8時からですが、7時にホテルを出発する必要があって、間に合わないことを伝えると朝ごはんボックスを用意してくれました。優しかったです。

Cons:

ツインベッドの部屋を予約してましだが、空いてないので1泊はベッド1つの部屋で過ごしてほしいと言われました。
高いお金払った意味ないと伝えると1時間で清掃するからそれまで待っててほしいと言われました。

Family-run inn not far from Registan square
Pros:

Solely the location, about 5 mins walk to Registan square. Several eateries and markets for convenience. Although it's located on a back lane, it's easy enough to find on a Yandex or Google map.

Cons:

Breakfast provided is so basic. Number of breads, eggs or sausages prepared depends on the number of guests it has, which means you need to be considerate for others. Stayed for 3 nights but the amount of breakfast spread became smaller. On our last two days, the breakfast portion became even smaller, simply not enough for everyone...sad.

Just ok.
Pros:

The staff when we check-in was very & helpful. He even brought us to the rooftop to watch firework on new year’s eve. The room had a bad sewage smell. The bed was okay but a bit hard. The TV is not function because there’s ni sound from the tv.

Cons:

We had been eating the same breakfast meal for 3 days, the food doesnt look very fresh. On our last day, there’s no plate, no milk & no bread. The meal was obviously not enough for us 9 people.

Cons:

Я забронировал номер в этом отеле примерно за 2 месяца до поездки. Планировали приехать с семьей для участия в Самаркандском марафоне. На марафон мы приехали, но оказалось, что наш номер кто то перебронировал, так как оказалось, что данный отель предлагает свои услуги не только на букинге, но и на других платформах - и они почему то плохо синхронизированы. В итоге нам позвонили из отеля в ДЕНЬ ЗАСЕЛЕНИЯ и сказали, что произошла ошибка и в наш номер уже вселились другие люди. Нам взамен предложили другой отель, который был в 1.5 км от площади Регистан (т.е. намного дальше от старта чем мне было нужно) - этот отель был намного хуже того который нам был нужен, но так как мы приехали для участия в забеге, а также так как со мной был ребенок, мы решили согласиться, что бы не тратить время на поиски нового отеля. Я приезжаю в Самарканд минимум 1 раз в год и теперь этот отель для меня в черном списке. Также хочу посоветовать другим или обходите его стороной, что бы таких случаев с вами не произошло или звоните/пишите им за 1-2 дня (хотя бы), что бы убедиться, что ваш номер все еще ваш! P.S. Во втором отеле я спросил - часто ли у них происходят подобные вещи, что номера бронируют сразу несколько людей - на ресепшене мне сказали, что часто. Немного похоже на какую то схему - бронируешь хороший отель, но потом тебя перебрасывают в отель который клиенты бронируют хуже по тем или иным причинам.

Pros:

La habitación es tal y como aparece en las fotos. Camas cómodas y todo muy limpio. Cuenta con todo lo necesario. El patio interior es increíble para sentarse y pasar el rato. La ubicación es perfecta. El desayuno tipo buffet muy completo, bajamos tarde y están continuamente reponiendo las bandejas. Muy buen trato por parte de los trabajadores, en especial Diyor quién estuvo muy atento a nosotros. Muy recomendable.

Mega schön!
Pros:

Super sauber, das personal ist mega freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft ist direkt im Zentrum, das Frühstück war jeden Tag unterschiedlich und da war alles dabei für jeden. Wir waren sooooo gut aufgehoben und wie zuhause uns gefühlt. Vielen lieben Dank für die tolle Tage.
