La ubicación está genial y las suites de la casa son todas muy lindas y bien equipadas con todo lo necesario y más. El lugar es muy tranquilo, la decoración de los cuartos y de los lugares compartidos es hermosa y se duerme muy bien. Además aparecen colibrís de vez en cuando, que a mi me encantan (he visto dos!). Es una buena señal que vengan colibrís, ellos son símbolos de paz y serenidad, cómo la casa de Sarah y Juan. Por fin la llegada y salida ha sido muy fácil y todo muy fluido. perfecto!

Suites Colibri is in a safe, convenient location. I arrived about 10:00 pm and the owners were there to meet me and show me how everything works. The mini kitchen in the apartment is adequate and if you want to cook a big meal you can use the communal kitchen. There was some cofffee, tea and sugar available to use in my apartment.
It's a little tricky to describe but to get to my apartment I entered at ground level where the communal kitchen and a few other rooms and apartments are and then you walk down a spiral set of stairs to get to a lower patio and 2-3 other apartments. Due to being in the lower level there was limited light and air flow into my apartment. But the builder did as a good a job as possible getting light into the rooms with 3 windows. Luckily most people staying there were pretty quiet.

Location
Lock on the door to my room did not work, I was supposed to have a balcony, but there were two balcony doors that overlooks the basement and the common area to me. A balcony means the second floor. That’s why it’s called a balcony or a higher floor… The bed was horribly uncomfortable with a big lump in the middle,

A space heater would have been helpful to ward off the cold December evenings.
Paid 100 USD for one night for the underground room. Damp smell and no ventilation. Not a pleasant experience. No hot water supply in faucet.
The owner will get packages for you if you need. There is also a laundry service. And the kitchen definitely helps.
The stairs should be protected as it is dangerous for young children.
