Locația, întrarea gratuita la Aquarius, cina care este servita la un hotel din apropiere.

Cons:

Doamna de la recepție care ne-a făcut check-ul și check-out nu a avut o atitudine profesionistă. Am ajuns cu 15 minute mai devreme și a vrut să ne taxeze în plus, ne-a informat că cina este de la ora 17 dar a fost de la ora 18. La ieșire nu a avut amabilitatea de a ne spune ce conține totalul de plată doar ne-a înmânat factura cu o atitudine de superioritate și răceală maxima. În ziua ieșiri ai posibilitatea de a merge la ștrand dar ți se refuză dreptul de a beneficia și de un simplu prosop. Am fost să cumpărăm. Deci dacă doriți să faceți baie în ultima zi să vă luați halat și prosop de acasă. În ultima zi aveți acces doar la piscina termală. Parcarea este gratis dacă ai loc ( locuri limitate). Camerele sunt la mansardă foarte mici. Fierbatorul de apa era spart și a curs apa în tavă iar dozatorul de sapun de la chiuvetă era stricat (camera 115). Curățenie nu se face în camera și nu se schimba prosoapele pe perioada sejurului . Nu exista piscină cum apare pe sait. Micul dejun conține oua prăjite, cârnați, cremvusti, salam, brânză. Este același în fiecare zi. În minibar sunt 2 sticle de apa plata și 2 de apa minerala - contra cost și nu există o informare despre acest lucru. Prețul este prea mare pentru ce oferă hotelul. Am notat cu o nota mai mare decât trebuia și am explicat toate neregulile în speranța că se va schimba ceva în modul de a trata clienți.

Krótki pobyt warto
Pros:

Blisko basenów, ciepło w pokoju nawet za ciepło.

Cons:

Dodatkową opłatą za kawę z ekspresu przy śniadaniu. Personel mało sympatyczny. Kiedyś było inaczej - bardziej sympatycznie. Pokoje już nie są sprzątane codziennie.

The best Hotel for position and parking if you want to visit the Sosto Aquapark
Pros:

Clean rooms, very good breakfast. We liked that you can park the car inside and walk to the aquapark.
We needed to pay a fee because we wanted early booking to be able to get free entrance to the aquapark on the day of arrival and day after.

Cons:

The rooms don't have the best soundproof but it's passable.

Klassz családi szálláshely fürdőbelépővel.
Pros:

Közel volt a sóstó, a fürdő és az állatkert.. ezek miatt jöttünk ide már többedjére.

Cons:

A szoba mérete eléggé kicsi volt, a tetőtéri elhelyezése tovább nehezítette a szobában a mozgást. A vacsora szomszéd hotelben volt, ahol meglehetősen érezhető volt a megkülönböztetett bánásmód.

Pros:

V hoteli sme boli uz viac krát a radi sa tam vrátime.

Cons:

V zasade nie ie je či vytknúť. Akurát v minulosti keď sme pricestovali o niečo skôr a izba bola voľná, tak nás ubytovali. Teraz sme sa museli prechádzať po okolí presne do 14:00.
