Pros:

Het hotel was geweldig, vooral het personeel. Ze doen hun uiterste best om ervoor te zorgen dat de klanten het op hun gemak hebben. Ook is de locatie fantastisch, het hotel is namelijk maar een paar minuten lopen van het strand en heel veel restaurants. Ik zou zeker terugkomen naar dit hotel!!

Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, miły personel, czyste pokoje

Podobała mi się świetna lokalizacja – wszystko było blisko i łatwo dostępne. To mały, kameralny hotel, w którym panuje spokojna atmosfera, idealna do wypoczynku. Duży plus za miły i pomocny personel

Cons:

Śniadania były codziennie takie same, bez żadnej różnorodności. Basen wyglądał na zaniedbany, a jego otoczenie było brudne i mało zachęcające do wypoczynku. Dodatkowo w pokojach brakowało wody do picia

Great hotel staff and great location
Pros:

Location was right in the centre of Ksmail you can walk everywhere. Hotel was clean and basic. Staff were very helpful. TV had netflix to login which was a plus.

Cons:

The breakfast was very simple could have more options like pastries etc but it did the job.

Pros:

L’emplacement, la chambre, les déjeuners.

Cons:

La mauvaise odeur dans la salle de bain, le fait qu’à chaque nettoyage des chambres (tous les deux jours), les draps ne sont pas changé, malgré la demande occasionnelle dû à un saignement de l’oreille de mon mari à cause d’une grave infection…
Par ailleurs, la piscine manque de traitement, l’eau était trouble.
