Very nice hotel in a renovated villa. Staff is very helpful and kind. Hassle-free parking (pre-registered license plate). Breakfast is exceptional, with local food selections.
Spacious and spotless room with amazing balcony and view. Location also very good: close to the lake and to the center.
We also tried the dinner (ala carte) and that was also great, good selection of wine and food.
Check out time could be a bit later (eg. 11am) instead of 10.
Although wellness is great, saunas were cold (heating in progress) in the morning at opening time.

Locația foarte aproape de lacul Ursu, si implicit de centru, stafful foarte prietenos si de ajutor, micul dejun excelent si de calitate, curatenie.. ne-am mai întoarce si cu alta ocazie.

o gradina superba in fata hotelului.
pe orice scara ierarhica, personalul disponibil si foarte amabil.
mancarea este delicioasa si oferita in portii fix cum trebuie. tot meniul disponibil.
apreciez in mod deosebit preturile practicate. desi restaurantul arata foarte bine si ai zice ca preturile sunt mari, surpriza: preturi mai mici decat in locati mai slabe.

A lovely hotel supra well equipped while keeping a romantic charm
Traditional local design but modern facilities
The receptionist is super friendly, she provided all info we need and we might need. The area of the hotel is large, it consisted of two buildings. The room that we got was really nice and spacious. If I remember right it was 213, not so sure. It has a huge balcony with comfortable beach chairs that my daughter and I love so much.
Food was also great, fresh tiger shrimp with acceptable price. Most of the above, the staffs are so awesome, they made us feel so welcomed and they always smiled.
