Pros:

The property was magical. Took me back to a day when beauty was appreciated and hard work was the standard! Upon showing up we were greeted and everyone was so happy to help! Check in took less than a minute. Rooms are small, but what they lack in space they make up for with class and character! Lastly, if you’re on the fence about the claw foot spa tub, JUST DO It! We’ll definitely be back. By far the best hotel we’ve stayed at. You made our mother daughter get away the very best it could be! ❤️ Thank you.

Cons:

The television remote didn’t work and it was really hard to pull the blinds down. They kept jamming. The room was so nice and we were fired anyway, so it was really no big deal. I only mentioned so you have room for improvement!

Location was great. Staff was super friendly. Room and bathroom were nicely appointed.
Pros:

The shower was amazing. The water pressure and design was great. I would come back here and stay for this reason alone.

Cons:

Nothing in particular, nothing I would suggest or recommend changing
