Pros:

Era muy nuevo y estaba todo muy limpio

Cons:

Habitaciones no muy grandes y hubo algún malentendido con la limpieza del segundo día (vinieron a hacer la cama, le comentamos que saldríamos en 10 minutos y cuando volvimos a las 6 horas aún no estaba hecha la habitación)

I loved the extra touches with the purity coffee in the room
The gym was also nice. I liked the restaurant on site. Very invitimg and a short walk to the marble room.

I was hoping to book it again but my employer will not allow the current rate.
Pros:

Love the style of the hotel. Old world.. European...

Cons:

Mattresses can be firmer. Smoke from somebody vaping - possibly right upstairs, came out the vent. It was very annoying but the desk person at the reception said they would take of it..

Clean, cute and friendly. Great valet service and bar and food was amazing as well. The decor is so unique and very cool. The beds were so comfortable

Pros:

The property and decor was beautiful! The staff was really accommodating and friendly. The location was perfect. Walkable distance to Progressive Field which was the reason for our stay, a lot of great bars and restaurants also within walking distance, and a short walk to the river. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be staying again when we have a Browns game to go to next time! Great city!

Cons:

Parking was pretty expensive, glad we did not rent a car.

Ein wunderschönes, liebevoll eingerichtetes und sehr gemütliches Hotel. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
