Pros:

Absolutely beautiful and comfortable hotel. Very funny staff and very clean.

Is charged more than my Booking.com amount including taxes and did not receive an invoice on checkout as told I would via email.

Great property, weird customer service
Pros:

The rooms are small but very well appointed, clean and comfortable. The hotel is very well located in downtown with easy parking next door, the F&B offering is very good

Cons:

The water was not very hot and the service is just a little odd, the front desk staff just seemed a little uninterested, going through the motions on check in , the bar staff sat round the back of the restaurant area on their phones and therefore the breakfast service was very slow, you had to find them to ask for anything. I have stayed there a few times, when checking out I asked if i could see one of the suites, as I will be working in Cleveland a lot and like the hotel but would like a bigger room, I was told no as the front desk guy was on his own, yet there was a manager sitting not 10 ft away on her laptop watching the christmas decorations being put up - in a well run hotel, its all about the customer and that could have been easily sorted. A customer that wants to stay more oftne and pay more told no, sorry, cant help - odd. There is no night bell, I arrived at 11pm, valet was off doing something, had to stand in the cold while banging on the door wating to be let in to check in

Comfy and relaxing
Pros:

Comfy, stylish, quiet, good ambiance.

Cons:

Upon checkout as a pregnant woman rolling a suitcase out and opening the door the two gentlemen in the front watched but didn’t offer to help with opening the door, as the gentleman helped when i arrived. It wasn’t a big deal but definitely took a couple points off my experience.

It was a short stay and close to the venue. The hotel was very secure and made us feel safe.
Pros:

Staff was fantastic. They went out of there was to help us.

Cons:

The air conditioning didn't work. The bathroom had no exhaust fan.
