Pros:

L'emplacement magique avec la vue sur le volcan.
La possibilité de se faire à manger correctement dans l'appartement.
La piscine avec vue sur le volcan et le parc immense de gazon idéal pour les enfants.

Cons:

La propreté ... le tapis de douche été sale, il avait déjà été utilisé, les serviettes tachées, les mini savons et shampoings au 3/4 vide ... c'était loin d'être nickel de ce côté là. Nous n'avons pas pris le 2cd petit-déjeuner, service très peu agréable, pas de communication, j'ai demandé des toasts, œufs et pastèque, nous avons mis plus de 15 min à attendre.

Cons:

Weinig water uit douchekraan en niet steeds warm. Alleen Spaanssprekend personeel en ons Spaans is matig.
Geen vegetarisch ontbijt. Dan veel alleen toast en fruit over. Misschien was dat beter als we het van te voren hadden aangegeven.

Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement car l'hôtel est au pied du volcan.
Les zones communes ne sont pas si entourées de nature comme des autres hôtels de la zone, mais nous avons cependant aimé. La piscine est très froide, sympa pour les petits enfants après une journée de promenades.
Parking facile.
Petit pont suspendu super sympa pour les enfants.

Cons:

Villa avec cuisine, cuisine moyennement équipée. Pas de vrai couteau, des poêles et casseroles qui ne marchaient pas avec la seul plaque à cuisson. Une poêle électrique impossible de régler en température. Une table en extérieur avec 3 chaises, et pas de table à la cuisine. Les lits ne sont pas du tout confortables, on a l'impression d'être dans un vieux lit.
À 6h50 du matin le samedi ils sont arrivés avec un camion et de gravier juste en face de notre chambre et on nous a coupé le sommeil. Horrible pour un endroit supposé d'être pour le confort et le repos.

agradable estancia
Pros:

el entorno del Hotel es muy bonito, el personal muy amable, está cercano al Místico Park y Parque Volcán Arenal y termas entre otros

Cons:

el aire acondicionado no funcionaba en temperatura alta para poder secar nuestra ropa, ya que por las tormentas quedamos empapadas

El lugar fantástico, el desayuno rico pero lo mismo siempre.
Pros:

El lugar es fantástico, si se ve el volcán arenal cuando el tiempo lo permite. La atención de las chicas espectacular, hasta por precio razonable nos lavaron la ropa. La habitación muy cómoda.

Cons:

El desayuno fueron los tres días lo mismo, y demasiado huevo termina de quitar las ganas de desayunar, y ya el ultimo día no les dio ni el jugo de naranja para servir.

Enträuscht vom personal. Es war das zweite mal im confort arenal und beim ersten mal war es besser.
Pros:

Pool, Lage, eigener privatparkplatzbdirekt beim zimmer.

Cons:

Begrüssung war schlecht, die Marbeiterin an der reception war am handy video schauen und hat uns nicht proaktiv begrüsst.
Wifi war nicht gut (gemäss booking steht highspeed internet). TV ging nicht (es regnete den ganzen tag und es war Fussball-WM). Personal war nicht bereit ins zimmer zu kommen um zu schauen bzw den TV mit dem internet zu verbinden etc.
