Véleményem szerint a fennmaradásért izzadságszagúan kűzdő, erősen túlárazott hotel.
Pros:

Az elhelyezkedés.

Cons:

Egy folyamatosan napsütötte, bádogtetős tetőtéri szobában voltunk, ahol még sötétítő függöny sem volt. A légkondícionálónak 36 óra kellett, míg lehűtötte a szobát. A fürdőszobában több dolog sem volt megfelelő állapotban. A reggelinél szerintem minimál elvárás, hogy legalább egy édes péksütemény legyen a kínálatban, ami nem a vajas-lekváros kenyér/kalács.

Pros:

A személyzet mindig kedves és segítőkész volt. A vacsora finom volt, és feltüntettek minden allergént az összes fogásban minden étkezéskor.

Cons:

A szoba felszerelése nem volt túl modern, és tisztább is lehetett volna. A reggeli elég egyoldalú volt.

Super Preis - Leistungsniveau! Wir kommen wieder!
Pros:

Sehr nah an der Therme und an der Flaniermeile. Sehr höfliche und nettes Personal! Gutes Frühstück. Sehr geräumige Dusche! Parkplatz kostet zwar 5€ pro Tag, aber das zahlten wir gerne.
Wir kommen wieder!

Cons:

Die Toiletten Tür im Zimmer könnten wir nicht versperren. Eventuell wäre ein Wäscheständer zum Trocknen der Handtücher toll, wir machten es halt dann am Balkongeländer.

We booked two rooms. A "love room" with jacuzzi which was 170 euros per night and a deluxe double bed which was 83 euros per night. They forbid us from using spa and wellness even though it was included!!!

When we arrived in the love room we found semen stains on the pillow and used underwear under the TV. Jacuzzi wasn't cleaned since the 2000 when it was installed. Thich layers of limescale and it was greasy. The floors were greasy aswell and the carpet wasn't cleaned either and downright nasty! There was hair on the pillows and the bathroom. AC didnt work aswell. We were in the room for about 1H and photographed everything, after that we went to file a complaint at the reception.

The receptionist in a "multilanguage" hotel which promotes themselves in english didn't know basic english! He offered us another room which was another deluxe double room. So we have been downgraded to a 90 euros cheaper room. When i said i want a partial refund he called two directors who BOTH said they will return our money tommorow when they come from Budapest. I asked them to write me a mail so I have proof of that, but they refused and told me i need to send them proof. They didn't respond to my mails.

The next day there was no director there and they rather sent their commercialist which was dressed like she just came off a party. Mini skirt and a crop top. They had us waiting at the reception for 15min while she played on her phone. Then she told us no refund. She called her director which then proceeded to call us gypsies and cursed us out in hungarian. She repeatedly said that we had another room so there can't be any refund. After a bit of back and forth the director said that there is actually a cleaning fee because we were in the room for 1H and the cleaning fee was apparently the same as the partial refund we had to get back, what a coincidence. He then hung up.

Gutes Hotel in bester Lage.

Érték-ár arányban kiváló.
Pros:

Kényelmes méretű, jól felszerelt szoba, bőséges, korrekt reggeli, amit a teraszon is elfogyaszthattunk. A hotel a fürdő közvetlen közelében található, papucsban ugrottak ki a vendégek a tóhoz. A saját parkoló is hasznosnak bizonyult.
