New construction, comfortable.

Cons:

There is no sign saying there is a hotel here. I had to ask in a couple of shops on the street and finally discovered that the pharmacist runs the hotel too.

The large window needs another curtain to cover the open half letting in bright light at dawn.

It was ok just to stay overnight. Not ok to spend more time in the hotel.

Room is clean, nice balcony but with the street view.

Чисто, уютно. Красивый вид с балкона. Мы приехали спрятаться от ереванской жары, и получили то, что хотели. Мы хорошо отдохнули, спасибо!

Cons:

В отзывах пишут про шум автомобилей за окном. Это действительно может мешать, если вы чувствительны. Возьмите беруши.
Не уверен, что есть wifi, мы пользовались своим мобильным интернетом.
Кондиционера нет, но он не нужен. В Дилижане приятная погода, особенно в августе по сравнению с Ереваном.

The property was a convenient cosy place, with a good view from the balcony. It was clean (could be better). If you want a small cosy place to just stay for the night you could come here.

Cons:

It was mentioned in the site that there was a free parking lot, however there wasn’t any. The corner where the refrigerator stayed wasn’t clean. They didn’t change the linen during the 2 days we stayed. There was always noise of the cars passing coming from the outside day and night.

Very Good
Pros:

Location and the Cleanliness was good. The staff is kind and friendly, Fantastic view from the balcony.

Cons:

No Recycle Bin in the room. The WI FI doesn't work. No shower shampoo in the bathroom, only soap.
