Important information:

All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid Credit Card: Visa, Master Card, Diners Club or American Express. As a guarantee of the reservation, the hotel could apply a withholding -not a charge- 10 days prior to the check-in corresponding to the first night of stay plus tax. Foreigners not resident in Chili are exempt from taxes. This retention will only be effective in case the person does not show up or cancels his / her stay outside the established period. The retention is released once the passenger arrives at the hotel.

Buen lugar para desconectar cerca de Santiago.
Pros:

Las instalaciones, la amplitud de la pieza y baño, con bañera al centro. Las vistas del valle son muy bonitas.

Cons:

Algunas cosas necesitan mantenimiento, nada grave. Pero por ejemplo la silla de la habitación se veía en mal estado. Hay pocas opciones para comer/cenar y caras. El spa está separado el de hombre del de mujeres.

Si bien entendí que es un hotel de casino, no pueden no disponer de un desayuno americano para los huéspedes que deben salir mas temprano que la hora del desayuno que tienen estipulada, o en su defecto tener la posibilidad de un desayuno muy simple, o al menos café.

Las camas no tienen comparación, son perfectas. Es un lugar hermoso, hacía bastante que no iba, lo encontré bastante dejado, una lástima

En la habitación el agua caliente de la bañera no funcionaba, luz del baño no funcionaba y había olor muy feo.

Hidromasaje exteriores tienen un costo extra, antes estaban incluidos en el precio

Pros:

Lo que mas me gustó fue la ubicación del lugar, las piscinas, el spa, acceso a canchas de tenis, bicicletas y la fiesta sunset. La amabilidad del personal y también la higiene del lugar.

Cons:

Lo único que no nos gustó fue que un baño no tenía las mantenciones, pero lo solucionaron muy rápido.

Muy mala experiencia. El lugar está descuidado y sucio, más parecido a un motel que a un hotel. Muebles viejos, balcones sucios, cortinas rotas, arañas en la habitación y aire acondicionado que no funcionaba. Cero estándares: sin códigos de vestimenta, ambiente desordenado y falta total de mantención. No volvería ni lo recomendaría.
