Spacious and clean rooms. Close to city centre, lot of shopping possibilities and restaurants nearby.
No bedside light. The wi-fi connection was unstable.
Big rooms with plenty of space.
Reception staff not very attentive. Cleaning staff never changed or made up our beds. No A/C.

The location was great. It was peaceful. The size and cleanliness of the room and bathroom were good.
The room was not checked during my two night stay.
What was very unpleasant was the fact that there was not really wifi in the room where I stayed. The signal was not strong enough to make a phone call. The staff was aware of it, but still advertised with wifi in all rooms. I would have chosen another hotel if I knew.

No Elevator, need to carry luggage to fourth floor. But the staff will help

Good location a short walk from many attractions. The room was large and the breakfast was above average.
The accommodation was perfect for our needs. Gambaa, the taxi driver, was a total help! He planned our visits in Ulaanbaatar and surroundings and we had a wonderful time!! He is the best!!

Arriving on a chilly morning just after 4am from a long distance flight the reception most kindly allowed me to take the room (which fortunately was not occupied) which was very much appreciated, good location with a short walk to the central square, room was spacious & nice, wifi good, breakfast decent, recommend & would stay again
Can't think of anything negative
It was very comfortable the room. The bathroom was clean and the little hallway or entrance room was amazing.
I didn’t like that the balcony was very unsafe but it did allow fresh air to come in.
Otherwise it would be great to add a lift
Room was clean, bed was huge and incredibly comfortable, the room was warm. Had kettle and fridge. It was fantastic to have a great shower.
The hotel advertised a restaurant which wasn't open and that I could pay in US dollars, which isn't so.
