No tiene estacionamiento

No tiene estacionamiento, y en el filtro me figuraba que si, su estacionamiento es pago y se encuentra en otro hotel y hay que entregar la llave para que lleven el vehículo, el estacionamiento es con elevador, yo tenia un kayak y tuve que pagar estacionamiento en otro lugar para mi kayak.-
Al buscar el vehículo no pudieron arrancarlo y se dañó el burro de arranque, tuve que llevar a un mecánico y me costó 1200 reales, mi vehículo es diésel le dieron al arranque hasta quemarlo..perdí mucho dinero por eso..tengan en cuenta entregan su vehículo a alguien que puede tener un accidente o como en mi caso quemaron el burro de arranque..nadie se hará cargo de los gastos

Localização excelente e funcionários muitos simpáticos e gentis.

Cons:

Travesseiro muito baixo e não tinha frigobar

café da manhã está muito bom atendeu a expectativas, porém muito barulho (hóspedes conversa muito alto) sei que isso vai além do controle do hotel, porém como sou viagem e viajo pelo Brasil todo, foi a primeira vez que vi um café da manhã tão barulhento .

Decepção total!!

Limpeza dos quartos!!

Cons:

Do atendimento,fui vítima de uma "pegadinha", reservei um quarto triplo pra mim e minha esposa porém,na hora do check in a atendente informou que constava só pra uma pessoa, totalmente em contradição com o email de confirmação que consta pra 2 pessoas,tive que pagar mais 200;
Sem contar que também na descrição dos quartos constava frigobar, chegando no quarto NÃO tinha,fiz uma reclamação com a senhora atendente a mesma me falou que nenhum hotel da rede tinha frigobar nos quartos,no outro dia,no checkout ela mudou o discurso, explicamos que minha esposa fazia uso de remédios para diabete que precisa ficar resfriado,ela fingindo se comparecer, perguntou se eu queria que ela arruma -se um quarto com o bendito Frigobar,mas aí já era tarde, lamentável!!
