Pros:

We were upgraded to The Manor House which was a lovely bonus to the weekend. The Manor House is beautiful and the High Tea in the afternoon was a highlight.

Cons:

The breakfast selection and service was better in Cantina restaurant than in The Manor House

Pros:

we liked everything about fancourt except the restaurants for dinner.The Italian was very nice but apart from that we felt the restaurant options were poor

Excellent place . Really good experience overall . Staff of hotel amazing and everything from food to service at manor house excellent.

Fancourt is a scenic environment,when the weather is great.
Pros:

The staff at the breakfast were super amazing. The food was great and catered for all.

Cons:

The rooms were not cleaned during the mornings. It seems like resource management is not taking place. I had to notify them that the room was not cleaned.

Pros:

The greenery and where it was situated. The restaurants were also nice and the food was good and some of the staff were very friendly 😊

Cons:

Sitting on our balcony in the evening with our child watching men take a pee in front of us wasn’t so pleasant.. :) the hotel rooms are really loud and you can hear everyone coming back to their rooms and golf carts pass by. I think it’s not so much of a family resort..
