Extremely spoiling !
Pros:

The Manor House was delightful, lovely gardens, tranquil surroundings very comfortable bed , excellent service

We enjoyed our stay and golf . Welcome and staff very good, but as highlighted dining options not inspiring for my wife
Pros:

Very comfortable and spacious rooms and well manicured golf course.

Cons:

Limited food options for gluten and lactose intolerant guests. General response was we have gf bread!
Staff did make an effort . Some simple improvements would make a difference for example
Stock soya / plant based yoghurt, gluten free cereals and lactose free ice cream.

Lovely location and facilities, but some areas of service not deserving 5 star.
Pros:

Lovely location with mountain backdrop.

Great apartments on a great golf resort.

Great restaurant and food.service with view.

Bar team very pleasant.

Cons:

Room service - despite repeated promises on way, nothing arrived - had to go to bar, 10 min walk, and get myself.
Empty minibar, is that 5 star, and no comms as such.
Other hotels asked me what I wanted in room.

Reception - despite good handover from main gate to valet and reception - nothing organised and reception later clueless.
Again too big a facility for personalised service.
10 hotels stayed at in 18 days, there were much better ones.

Geared up for organised middle aged golf groups, not for couples for relaxed enjoyment.
Sad after repeated visits, will try others next time.
