Convenient and pleasant accommodation near the airport
Pros:

Convenient accommodation at 4 km from the airport. Cozy and quite spacious room facing a nice patio. Hot water and good shower pressure. They offer meals and transportation to the airport. The staff was very welcoming.

Location and distance from airport

Cons:

Bed is not comfy
Water dysfunction. Needed to use a bucket to shower.
They told us we have breakfast in our booking although I asked twice and ended up paying an expensive price for breakfast which was not included after all
The manager added 10 euros to my room fare because she said you booked on booking you are paying the booking rate
I asked her on message if water bottle was included as we arrived at 10 PM in Tana an would love to have water she sais yes not mentionning all of that was charged and added 2 water bootle to the bill.
When I confronted her she said she has a staf problem and herself a health issue. But she did not help with the amount she overcharged without communicating before

Pros:

Good value for money compared to other accommodation in area. Very friendly staff and relaxing to have room opening to accessible garden area. Onsite restaurant convenient as location not close to other places to eat or buy food.

Cons:

Friendly staff but could only speak French which made communication difficult at times for those not able to understand French. Unreliable WiFi was a problem during my stay. Otherwise mostly met expectation for 2-star rated accommodation.
