Be aware of the stairs!
Pros:

Nice location, near to the train station. Breakfast excellent. Bed small but confortable.

Cons:

If you have heavy luggage or any problem with stairs, you MUST put this note when reserving this hotel. There are some rooms that you have to climb some steep stairs. They've put me in one of that rooms, but I have problems with my knees. At the end, after some "I'm sorry, everything is full" and a lot of insistance, they changed my room.

Hotel bien ubicado, cerca a la estación y centro turistico. Desayuno amplio y variado. Muy recomendado para una corta estadia. La habitacion es amplia y comoda, personal muy amable. Buena relación calidad-precio.

Posizione ottima, molto comodo da raggiungere, il palazzo è molto carino anche all'interno e in una bella via frequentata con bar.

Cons:

La colazione è molto basilare, con tutte le cose confezionate, si puo' fare molto meglio.
Il prezzo che ho pagato per la struttura però è completamente fuori da ogni logica per un hotel di 2 stelle

Ideal para conocer Bolonia
Pros:

El hotel está a 10 minutos a pie de la estación de tren, y tienes todos los sitios importantes de Bolonia a muy poca distancia, así que es ideal para recorrer la ciudad. La habitación era grande, estaba limpia y tenía aire acondicionado. Nos pusieron una cuna sin problemas. El baño es grande y todo funcionaba bien.
