Pros:

Der besondere Charme des Hotels hat uns beeindruckt .
Hervorzuheben sind außerdem die zentrale Lage und die ruhigen Zimmer ( unseres hatte sogar einen kleinen hofseitigen Balkon)
Das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das Frühstücksangebot hat uns ebenfalls positiv überrascht.
Wir können das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen !!

I will definitely use this hotel again if I go back to Bologna.
Pros:

I stayed in perhaps the smallest room in the hotel, with a sloping ceiling and no window! However, there was a large, operable sky light with a shade, and the room was very nicely appointed and very clean.

Cons:

I liked everything about this hotel — the room, the staff, the cleanliness, the location (halfway between the station and the main square, convenient to all the main sights). Breakfast was better than the standard coffee and sweet bun.

Pros:

Der nette Empfang an der Rezeption hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Die Lage so nah an der Altstadt ist fantastisch, alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, das Bett bequem und das Frühstück war reichhaltig, der Kaffee super.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war etwas hellhörig (junges Pärchen, lauter Fernseher), ein Balkon wäre schön gewesen.
Der Ein- und Ausstieg in die Badewannendusche ist sehr rutschig!

Posizione e staff pronto e cordiale, Posizione ottima, zona molto tranquilla. Colazione adeguata alla classe di riferimento, ma non mi pare un aspetto decisivo. Consigliato

Cons:

Magari nella singola anche un piccolo frigo e un bollitore, ma sono cose minime.

Very nice location, polite people working there, very nice breakfast
Pros:

The staff is super polite and warm, and also very helpful. They replied fast to any questions I submitted trough the booking chat. Also the breakfast was lovely and the location of the resort is very very convenient. I was solo travelling and I found the resort ideal.

Cons:

The room was a little small.
