Bons serviços, colaboradores competentes e atenciosos, no dispensar esclarecimentos e preocupação com o conforto e satisfação dos hóspedes. Comida servida no restaurante de boa qualidade e bem preparada. Passeios oferecidos para os atrativos turísticos bem coordenados.
O entorno do hotel extremamente pobre na aparência. Caminhos de chão batido. São Pedro de Atacama não passa de uma vila que aparentemente não se beneficia do dinheiro que circula pelos hotéis (muitos) e deixado pelos turistas (também muitos).
Simplesmente impecável! Daqueles hotéis inesquecíveis em cada detalhe. Destaque pra equipe, que faz você se sentir mais do que especial. A comodidade de ter tudo organizado nos mínimos detalhes é ouro. As instalações são belíssimas, conseguem ser mais bonitas do que nas fotos.

Tout. La qualité et le design des installations (chambre, spa, restaurant). La qualité de la cuisine. L’amabilité et l’efficacité de l’ensemble du personnel. Et la qualité des guides et des excursions en petit comité (1-4 personnes). Un séjour merveilleux permettent une véritable immersion dans le désert d’Atacama et l’altipalno.

Everything was magnificent. Newly renovated, magnificent views and staff, great food, drinks and excursions. Up in the best 2 hotels in the world I have ever stayed at.
Nothing , everything was perfect.
The service is out of this world. The whole staff makes all the effort to make you feel special in your stay. Thats what makes Tierra far ahead of its competitors in Atacama.
The food was also a hot topic. Very elaborate dishes and so beautifully presented.
I would definitely recommend it to my family and friends.
The garden could be better kept. I know it is a desert and one of the driest in the world, but a five star hotel charging almost 2kusd a night must have it in better conditions. It felt a bit cheap in some points and it makes the views and also the photos a bit cheap as well.
The expeditions and tours could be better presented uppon arrival. Maybe doing a power point with pictures and info would have been better and clearer.
The hotel is wonderful and we stayed in the suite, which meant that we had the special perk of having private tours in a car at our discretion. Our guide Felipe was so knowledgeable, funny and attentive. The fact that the suites are all inclusive of transfers, trips, food and drinks is very relaxing.
The outdoor pools (in the suite and the common are one) were not heated so it was impossible to use them in winter. The food could be a notch better as well, it was average good.
Wow! We were amazed on an arrival (thank you Chris you star) to departure! The staff were all amazing, I wish I could name everyone individually but they were so helpful, thoughtful and attentive, truly 6* service. The food and drink were of an incredible high standard and great variety and choice. The Knowledgeable guides (Gaspar and team) made our trip with the remarkable excursions. Once is a lifetime experience!
