Krásná, moderní residence. Vše nové, čisté a je vidět že se personál stará s velkým zájmem o celý komplex. O nás se nejvíce starala paní Stefanie, pomohla nám vybrat vhodný pokoj a připravila velice dobrou hotelovou snídani a celkově velmi zpříjemnila pobyt. Jezdíme do Itálie lyžovat již mnoho let a jsme moc rádi, že jsme poznali tuto residenci, asi nejlepší kde jsme zatím byli ubytováni. Určitě se rádi vrátíme a na déle než tentokrát. Přilehlá lyžařská střediska máme moc rádi.

Beautiful, modern residence. Everything is new, clean and it is clear that the staff takes great care of the entire complex. Mrs. Stefanie took the greatest care of us, she helped us choose a suitable room and prepared a very good hotel breakfast and overall made our stay very pleasant. We have been going to Italy to ski for many years and we are very happy that we got to know this residence, probably the best one we have stayed in so far. We will definitely be happy to come back and for longer than this time. We really like the nearby ski resorts.

Sehr aussergewöhnlich & wir kommen wieder
Pros:

Es war alles perfekt, das Personal war überaus zuvorkommend und freundlich. Nachdem uns das Zimmer nicht gefallen hat, konnten wir ein Zimmer Wechsel durchführen - ohne Diskussion, wurde sich unserer angenommen. Das Zimmer war auch sehr gepflegt und wirklich sauber. Als uns die Milch ausging, hat man uns ohne Wiederworte ausgeholfen. Wir haben im Restaurant gegessen, und auch die Glutenintoleranz, war absolut kein Problem, man hat sich uns angepasst!
Wir waren sehr begeistert und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Danke an das ganze Team!

Es gibt nichts was uns nicht gefallen hat.

A Residence Nele é um daqueles lugares que dá vontade de voltar mais vezes, pela simpatia dos funcionários, pela localização no meio das montanhas com paisagens lindas, pelas condições dos apartamentos, pela zona de relaxamento com diversas saunas, banho turco e jacuzzi e pelo pequeno almoço que é ótimo.

Pros:

Ho trascorso 10 notti al Residence Nele e mi sono sentita davvero coccolata. La proprietaria Stefania è una persona meravigliosa, sempre sorridente, gentile e disponibile. L’ambiente è pulitissimo, accogliente e curato nei dettagli, con tanta discrezione ed educazione che ti fanno sentire subito a tuo agio.

La posizione è davvero strategica: il residence si trova in Val di Fiemme, un punto perfetto per partire ogni giorno alla scoperta di splendide escursioni e passeggiate nella natura. Un valore aggiunto è la possibilità di utilizzare le biciclette gratuitamente, comodissime per girare nei dintorni in modo pratico e piacevole. Carinissimo anche il giornalino quotidiano, il “Giornele”, originale e molto utile per avere sempre idee e suggerimenti aggiornati sulle attività della zona.

La vista è incantevole, la spa super rilassante e la colazione ricca e abbondante, con tanta varietà e prodotti ottimi. Inoltre il residence è pet friendly, un dettaglio che ho apprezzato tantissimo.

Un soggiorno che ricorderò con piacere: grazie Stefania per la tua ospitalità autentica e calorosa. Tornerò sicuramente!
