Whenever we visit Calicut, definitely we will stay here
Pros:

The hotel is in prime location. The room rents are highly competitive. The whole building is kept neat and tidy and well-maintained. The room was very vast with good dressing room and toilet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were lucky to interact with the proprietor Shri. Kunju. He is the son of Manarcadu pappan, the illustrious business tycoon.
Breakfast was provided free and was excellent.
I bet that it is unlikely to get accommodation at this cost and that too with such amenities.
