Pros:

I loved the shuttle that ran 24hrs.. The friendliness of the staff. The facilities were awesome. The grounds were beautiful and well kept.
The comfortable bed. Everything was clean

Cons:

The accessible ramp was off to the side and went outside. The problem with that was that meant you had to either maneuver your bags over the two steps to the elevator or use the ramp. That seemed inconvenient to us

Overpriced hotel that has seen better days
Pros:

Bed was comfortable, check in and out was smooth

Cons:

Hotel is dated, looks a bit worn and needs some upkeep, and is damp - clothes hanging in closet overnight felt damp the next morning. Decor, rooms, and bathrooms very underwhelming for the price - not worth what they are charging.

Pros:

This was our Third time staying with you.
Beautiful place, Hotel is exceptional, very clean, staff our very friendly and will go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of.
Meals are wonderful.
Bar staff are very helpful and the waiter for breakfast super nice.

Cons:

Everything was perfect.

Good, would recommend, but is expensive.
Pros:

Clean, great cleaning staff, hot water for showers, clean towels, bottled water, safe in room, pool and hot tub area was nice feature. Parking was good as well.

Cons:

Would have been nice to have a regular coffee maker in the room instead of the cappuccino ( fancy, but we are not fans). Our room looked out into the parking lot, so not much you can do about that, but will limit our visits for the price. Also pretty expensive for meals, so we went out and ate for all meals.

Pros:

Bel hôtel, belles chambres, restaurant, formule buffet du petit déjeuner excellent.

Cons:

La literie est un peu trop molle. Il faudrait renouveler la literie.
