Precious Hotel

I just heard they now have bedbugs. I better not get them. I will definitely be unhappy 🙁. We're we exposed then or is this recent. Could use more than 1 chair and there were fruit loops under the desk and some type of hair tie under the edge of the bed. Yuck.

Very dirty, dated and rundown

The pool needed to be updated. There was wood in the ceiling that needed to be removed and replaced.

When we arrived we had to wait for the front desk person who was helping another customer. She gave us a room that was pet friendly, and when I opened the door you could smell pet odor. The next two rooms had no a/c turned on so it was over 80 in the rooms. Finally she got us in a suite 20-30 minutes later.

First of half of the rooms have no numbers on the doors, you will also notice whenever you start going down the Halls that the floors are rotting. There were several boxes of door knobs I do believe they were just all over the place on the second floor. then whenever you get in your room and after you're done crunching through potato chips, you'll find that there's dirty towels, no one's cleaned the bathtub no one has cleaned the toilet you have no blanket on the bed, your air conditioner did work for a little bit but then it stopped. You finally get a couple hours of rest to go to breakfast before you get on the road and you find that the breakfast is pretty much non-existent and what is there is not edible. Whenever we went to check out we were told the manager would get a hold of us because several people had complained and no one ever got a hold of me. In the motel room you will notice that the floor looks like it has rolling waves because the floor is giving out you will find soft spots there are holes in the ceiling in my bathroom I could see insulation and rafters. There was no coffee in the room there were cups though. There's no vending machines and the whole place and downstairs you can see that they have air conditioners and they also have blankets on the bed but the ones upstairs don't. The stairways were disgusting do not touch the banister, or any banister in that place, do not touch them! there was a pool but it was milky white and it was literally 90° in the pool room the plants had died and they were just sitting there dead in their pots. Later I went to the precious moments chapel and I cannot believe that precious moments had that name on that motel at all I can't believe that this hotel was up to booking.com's par. I am not happy I don't get to vacation very much and it was very disappointing.

Remodeling going on but other than that it was great.

The restroom in the lobby was dirty, the comforters and shower curtain had small stains on them, the internet didn't work, and they gave us the room types and was unable to fix them.

They Don't Allow Renters That Are Local.

Powdered eggs and pre-done cold pancakes. I knew breakfast would be nothing to write home about after staying in the run down room. It needs deep cleanining in bathrooms, baseboards, painting in rooms and walls cleaned. Smashed bugs on walls. Mattresses were cheap and comforter was all wrinkly. Needs to be brought back up to what it once was.

We got a room for 2 nights for 3 people. The first night there was only 2 towels and 2 washcloths. One of just didn't get to shower because we could not find staff to get another towel. The second night when we returned from our day out, we asked for fresh towels. We also asked why the dirty towels hadn't been replaced, and the room hadn't been cleaned. We were told rooms were only cleaned after 3 days and then fresh towels were given. I do not feel this acceptable.
