Pros:

EXCEPTIONNEL ! Je n’ai pas d’autres mots à dire. Je ne m’attendais à rien mais honnêtement je n’ai pas été déçue, la chambre était très spacieuse ainsi que la salle de bain, avec une vue sur la piscine. Le personnel était super aimable, connaissait nos prénoms, nous proposait toujours leur aide. Le petit déjeuner inclus était succulent, nous pouvions faire notre choix parmi la carte, et c’était vraiment délicieux. Il était directement servi dans la chambre. Une navette était disponible pour aller de l’hôtel au centre D’Ubud, mais ce n’était même pas nécessaire tellement l’emplacement était parfait et proche du centre. Un goûter gratuit était aussi proposé dans le hall de l’hôtel.
C’est un hôtel avec peu de chambres donc intimiste, sans bruits la journée ni la nuit, avec une très belle piscine.

Nice cozy stay in Ubud
Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff. Really convinient shuttle service to center of Ubud with pick-up back to hotel from there as well. Breakfast was decent with varied selection. Afternoon tea was pleasant bonus where we could taste some of the local snacks. Only ordered inroom dining once but chicken fried rice was delicious. Used their laundry service as well with clothes coming back clean and fresh. Pool area was cozy and room was huge with balcony where the breakfast was served.

Cons:

Slow and unstable wifi. Even simple internet usage was painful time to time. If this would be sorted out then this place would be 10.

Excellent value for money, a fantastic stay
Pros:

Loved everything here. The cleanliness is exceptional, the friendly staff are too kind and helpful. They went above and beyond in their service. This place is excellent. I enjoyed the bathtub, the pool, the comfortable bed, the huge room, the fresh fruit, the ample breakfasts, the free shuttle to town, the amazing location, evening turndown service with the stories and extra water is such a nice touch. I could go on and on. This place is absolutely worth it. And for the price, it's unmatched. In Europe this would be considered a five star service and room.

Fantastic experience which will definitely recommend to others
Pros:

Breakfast is really great. The free shuttle is the best surprise which is super convenient especially during raining season.

Cons:

There was no hot water for 2 nights out of my 5 nights stay. But the staff helped to solve it fast. But I guess the hot water instability is the issue in many ubud hotels.

This was our 2nd stay. First was in 2019. We came back because the staff are so wonderful.

Wunderschöne Oase mit dem tollsten Personal!
Pros:

Das Sapodilla liegt ein bisschen abseits des ganz großen Trubels von Ubud und doch recht zentrumsnah. Das liebenswerte Hotelpersonal fährt einen ins nahegelegene Zentrum, wenn man das wünscht.
Grundsätzlich erfüllt man hier dem Gast jeden Wunsch. Alle begegnen einem mit einem Lächeln und sind sehr lieb! Nachmittags gibt es immer einen leckeren Snack und was Süßes mit Kaffee oder Tee.
Auch das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Anlage ist extrem gepflegt und der Pool ist toll.
Das Luniere Spa nebenan ist herausragend und die Yoga Barn ist auch nur 10 Min entfernt! Für mich „the Place to be“ in Ubud!!

Cons:

Ich finde die Zimmer unten recht schattig, muffig und dunkel. Außerdem hört man viel von den Zimmern darüber und man hat keine Privatsphäre, weil jeder reinschauen kann. Ich empfehle daher ein Zimmer mit Balkon.

Pros:

we really loved our stay at Sapodilla Ubud, the hotel is as beautiful as the photos, and felt welcomed by all the team. they take care of everything, and even make small gestures that made our stay feel very good. the breakfast is very good and fresh and has lots of options to chose from... our stay was perfect! It's very close to a lot of restaurants and shops, and next door there is an amazing spa.
