Bien mais se méfier du prix de la chambre annoncé

L emplacement , la propreté, le cadre

Cons:

Nous avons dû payer 12 euros de plus que le prix indiqué sur Booking , l hôtel pratique un taux de change du dollar prohibitif .

Qui dit centre ville, dit bruits de circulation ininterrompus, et les boliviens conduisent au klaxonne !
Chambre surchauffée à notre arrivée, qu'il a été difficile de réguler

Buena ubicación en Potosí
Pros:

El personal del hotel de la recepción nos ayudó en todo momento. Desde el check in, búsqueda de tour para visitar las minas, calefacción, recomendaciones para cenar, taxis, etc.
La habitación era cómoda, tenía un buen tamaño y conectaron la calefacción en cuanto se lo solicitamos al enfriar en la noche. El baño era de buen tamaño, agua caliente sin problemas, jabón, champú, etc. El desayuno estuvo correcto.

Cons:

Hubo una confusión e inicialmente querían cobrarnos dos días de alojamiento en lugar de uno. Aclarado este tema, al igual que en otros hoteles, no nos dieron la opción de pagar en USD con tarjeta, sino que si se realizaba pago con tarjeta se debía hacer en Bolivianos (la reserva se hizo en USD) y se aplicaba un tipo de cambio no oficial, sino del mercado alternativo que era totalmente desfavorable. Se optó por realizar el pago en efectivo aunque la responsable no quería aceptarlo de este modo.

O quarto é bem confortável, com aquecedor que segura bem o frio de potosí. O chuveiro aquecia bem rapido. O café da manhã possuia variedade de comidas.

Sehr hübsches, zentrales, ruhiges Hotel.
Pros:

Wunderschönes, sehr sauberes Hotel in einem hübschen und toll restaurierten Kolonialgebäude, mit komfortablen Zimmern, gutem Frühstück und freundlichem Personal. Auch die Lage ist hervorragend: im historischen Zentrum und trotzdem ruhig.

Nice Hotel. Unfriendly Staff.
Pros:

Very clean and nice Hotel. Looks almost better than the pictures.

Cons:

The front desk staff and breakfast staff were anything but friendly and helpful. They make you feel like an intruder. With eye rolls when you are asking them something. Only the cleaning lady was friendly.

The staff the first night was very helpful, helped us make several calls. The inside of the hotel is nice, the rooms are clean.

Cons:

Seemingly like most hotels in Bolivia if you don’t pay in usd they up-charge, we ended up paying $18.43 a night more than what was noted on booking.com, even though they said in a message to us they would charge us the market rate which did not happen. It’s loud at night from street noise

Heel fijn verblijf en lief personeel. Ik kon zelf ook kiezen voor een wasservice en vond dit ook heel fijn. Volgende keer verblijf ik hier weer.
