Pros:

The staff the first night was very helpful, helped us make several calls. The inside of the hotel is nice, the rooms are clean.

Cons:

Seemingly like most hotels in Bolivia if you don’t pay in usd they up-charge, we ended up paying $18.43 a night more than what was noted on booking.com, even though they said in a message to us they would charge us the market rate which did not happen. It’s loud at night from street noise

We’re group of seven people stayed in this beautiful hotel for one night. The rooms are very clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the great breakfast and excellent location! Highly recommended!

Heel fijn verblijf en lief personeel. Ik kon zelf ook kiezen voor een wasservice en vond dit ook heel fijn. Volgende keer verblijf ik hier weer.

Legal, mas muito zoadento.

Hotel bem localizado, mas os hóspedes nos acordaram meia noite fazendo a maior algazarra. Batendo as portas, gritando, fora que a proximidade com a rua tbm trás muita zoada

O hotel é muito bom! Quarto bem espaçoso, banheiro bem grande, muito bem equipado só faltou um frigobar no quarto e um elevador no hotel para subir com as malas.

Die Unterkunft an sich wirkt modern und sauber. Die Zimmer sind auch ausreichend groß und ausgestattet.
Allerdings hatten wir ein Zweibettzimmer gebucht und wurden dann im Glauben an ein Upgrade in ein Doppelzimmer umgebucht. Dieses lag aber direkt an der Straße, sodass es extrem laut war. Zusätzlich lief in der Nähe sehr laute Musik. Wir haben daher sehr schlecht geschlafen und würden die Unterkunft deshalb nicht weiterempfehlen.

Pros:

At first, they were saying we only have one reservation for 2 guests yet it clearly shows that it’s for 4 guests for 2 rooms under Virgilio Quinola and Leandro Maranan.
And, the guy who checked us in was very unpleasant and took him forever to check us in. We don’t need this type of treatment or service after our 4 hour bus ride from Uyuni.
Also, our shower is leaking when taking a bath/shower!
