Posizione perfetta, ma organizzazione da rivedere
Pros:

La struttura vanta una posizione davvero eccellente, situata in pieno centro e quindi comodissima per muoversi e visitare la città senza difficoltà. È facile da raggiungere.
Le stanze sono semplici, senza particolari elementi distintivi, ma risultano comode e dotate di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno funzionale. Anche il bagno, sebbene un po’ datato, è comunque pratico e perfettamente funzionante.

Cons:

L’organizzazione del check-in è stata poco chiara. All’ingresso è presente un codice di accesso che viene fornito solo contattando il personale, il quale non è presente in struttura. Riuscire a mettersi in contatto non è stato immediato e, una volta arrivati, abbiamo dovuto attendere circa mezz’ora prima di incontrare qualcuno.
Inoltre, la camera risultava poco riscaldata. Anche dopo aver acceso i termosifoni, la temperatura non era particolarmente confortevole. Sarebbe stato utile avere a disposizione qualche coperta in più, che purtroppo non era presente.

Todo, hotel increíble, con encanto, limpio, muy bien desayuno, habitación y camas muy cómodas y todo muy limpio. A dos minutos a pie del centro de Brujas. Parking cerca del hotel par a dejar el coche. La dueña del hotel increíblemente agradable. No se puede decir nada malo.

Pros:

Gerçekten konumu, manzarası, konforu, ısıtması ve şirinliğiyle mükemmel bir otel. Çatı katında kaldığımız sürece çan kulesini izlemekten uyuyamadığımı söyleyebilirim. Erken check in şansı tanıdıkları için de tekrar çok teşekkür ederiz.

Banyo bir tık daha özenli olabilirdi ama kötü bir durumda değildi.

Pros:

Le personnel était super agréable et très serviable.
La literie était parfaite et super confortable.
L’hôtel était parfaitement situé.

Cons:

La chambre surtout la salle de bain était très exiguë, le lavabo n’était pas pratique.
Nous n’avons jamais réussi à modifier la langue de la télé.
On entend énormément les bruits aux alentours que ce soit en haut en bas ou les chambres d’à côté.
Le petit déjeuner était convenable mais tout était congelé.
C’est dommage pour un hôtel 3 étoiles et au prix payé de la chambre.
Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de parking ou alors un tarif préférentiel quand on loge dans un hôtel à côté.

Needs renovation and pest control
Pros:

Location was great and we liked the honesty bar in lobby which was a nice touch. Decor downstairs was nice

Cons:

The room was so disappointing and we felt completely catfished after looking at the pics online once in the rooms. The bathroom needed a complete redo, I did not want to step into the shower as it looked dirty, and water poured directly out the shower onto the floor due to bad design. There were so many mosquitos and possibly other bugs in our room which meant I did not sleep at all, our friends in the room below were bitten across their faces and my husband was covered in bites head to toe from the room. The glasses in the room were dirty and had not been washed and had sticky residue inside, I did not want to drink from the carafe of water in the room as I felt that it would not be fresh. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were so hard so I woke with a bad neck every day. The doors on the rooms were just internal doors so I woke many times in the night to people entering or leaving the rooms next to us.
I get that old period houses can be a little rough around the edges as I live in one myself, but they also require renovation and care and it’s not acceptable to rent out rooms with no renovations. It has the potential to be really nice. The house across the road was having building work done to it which is not the hotels fault but also contributed to a bad sleep. Between us we spent £600 on 2 nights and every day I couldn’t wait to leave the room as I did not enjoy being in there at all.

Everything! The couple was extremely friendly and the breakfast was divine!!! Best breakfast on our trip! Fresh fruits, yoghurt, fresh toasted bread - superb cheese … nothing to complain about! Thanks!!!

Pros:

Frühstück war ausreichend und sehr lecker. Die Lage des Hotels ist zentral, also alles was du brauchst, oder sehen möchtest ist erreichbar. Für uns war ein schöner Ausflug!

Cons:

Sehr viel Touristen! Aber, es ist ja Touristik Stadt, also es ist normal!))
