طلبت بالملاحظات غرفة كينج سيت واستلمت غرفة مزدوجة
واليوم الثاني تم تحويلي للغرفة المطلوب ولكن بها عيوب :
الهاتف لا يعمل
مفتاح اللمبة الرئيسية لا يعمل
مفتاح الدش عطلان
ايضا موظفي الاستقبال يحتاج برامج تطويرية
للتعامل مع العملاء والشخصيات المختلفة بدل اضافة الوقت بمشاهدة الجوال للتسلية وإضاعة الوقت
لذلك نرجوا الاهتمام بالصيانة الدورية

حجزت ليلة للمبيت دخلت مساء و خرجت في الصباح لكن على مستوى 3 نجوم يعتبر جيد جدا نظافة ومتعاونين طلبتهم اكثر من مرة يأتون على طول
كانت الليلة باردة و لا يوجد تدفئة
موقعه ممتاز في قلب المدينه
الغرف لايوجد فيها تدفئه وكان فصل الشتاء
أعجبني نظافة الإستقبال ونظافة المكان والغرف واسعه ومريحه
