تجربة مخيبة للآمال وخدمة لا ترقى إلى الحد الأدنى من الجودة المتوقعة

موقع الفندق جيد، وسرعة إجراءات تسجيل الدخول كانت مقبولة

Cons:

للأسف كانت تجربتي سيئة جدًا. عند دخولي كانت مغسلة دورة المياه متسخة ومنسدة ولا يوجد تصريف للمياه المتجمعة. كما أن موظفي الاستقبال لا يجيبون على الاتصالات عند طلب المساعدة. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، سلمت ملابسي للمغسلة الساعة 7 صباحًا، وأُعيدت لي الساعة 3 عصرًا دون غسل أو كي، وبالكيس نفسه وهو متسخ، رغم مضي ساعات طويلة على استلامها. هذه الأمور أثرت بشكل كبير على جودة الإقامة ولم أجد الاهتمام أو الاحترافية المتوقعة
