أسوأ موظفي استقبال في البحرين.

إدارة الفندق للأسف وانا زبون من سنوات معهم ، أصبحت سيئة فالاستقبال لا يعرف الابتسامة أو التعامل مع الزبائن، جلس يبحث عن حجزي وهو أمامه وكنت اقول له هو أمامك، ولا يستجيب لطلبات الهاتف ، يوجد كسر في قفل الباب والتلفزيون لا يعمل ولا توجد قنوات وادوات المطبخ قديمه، نصيحة من خبرة سنوات في التعامل مع موظفي الاستقبال ، يريدون تطفيش الزبائن، وأعتقد أنه خلال سنة سيتم إقفال الفندق.

خدمات الفندق تغيرت للأسف.

Cons:

للأسف تغيرت خدمات الفندق، رغم تعاملي معهم من سنوات ، فلا تلفزيون في الغرفة ولا أدوات طبخ ، ولا الاستجابة للطلبات، والمطالبة بالخروج رغم أن الفندق فاضي بسبب الحرب الإيرانية الأمريكية.
