Das wir nur eine Nacht gebucht haben!

Cons:

Extrem schlechtes und faules Personal. 5x haben wir gebeten uns (4 Personen) einen Kaffee zu bringen. Der Empfang zwar bemüht und hat den Kellern angerufen, aber er kam nie! Dann haben wir von draußen nebenan Kaffee und Kuchen geholt und im Lobby getrunken! Zimmer war auch leider sehr dreckig!

Angenehmer Aufenthalt zu einem fairen Preis
Pros:

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist wirklich sehr gut. Die Zimmer sind einfach eingerichtet, aber sehr sauber. Besonders positiv ist die zentrale Lage: Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch das Personal war durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt eine gute Wahl für einen Aufenthalt in Gaziantep.

Her şey çok güzeldi. Otelden son derece memnun kaldım. Tüm personel çok güler yüzlü, nazik ve yardımseverdi. Odalar her gün özenle temizleniyor, çarşaflar ve havlular günlük olarak değiştiriliyordu. Temizlik konusunda gerçekten çok titiz davranılıyor.

Konaklamam boyunca kendimi çok rahat ve mutlu hissettim. Hem otelin genel hizmetinden hem de çalışanların ilgisinden çok memnun kaldım. Misafirlerine gösterdikleri güler yüz ve özen için tüm ekibe gönülden teşekkür ederim. Her şey için çok teşekkürler! 🌷

Hotel molt complert i amb bona ubicació
Pros:

Un molt bon hotel per fer una estada curta a Gaziantep. Les habitacions són justes de mida però tenen tot el què cal. L'esmorzar tipus buffet està molt bé i complert.
El fet que disposi d'aparcament va molt bé i està relativament a prop de les principals coses a veure a la ciutat caminant.
