i dont consider staying in this hotel because they trest you according to your payment .
Cons:

I have called the reception to help us open the wifi , he asked me to login with email when there was another option , after trying with my email , it didnt work and i asked him again and he said we have a problem with wifi and hanged up on my . i called again asking for help but he didnt care and said we cant fix it and you can give a bad review . maybe some guests are in need to have internet and there is always a second choice to help but he seemed not to care . and We stayed the whole night without internet . the staff was not friendly .

Pros:

The hotel was very clean, and the location was excellent. Most of the reception staff were very kind, friendly, and helpful, although one staff member was less welcoming than the others. The hotel was quiet and perfect for relaxing. It is also in a very convenient location, with easy access to bus and tram stations, a shopping mall, and beautiful parks. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

Cons:

The only issue we experienced was with the refrigerator. It is designed to maintain the room temperature rather than properly cool drinks. During the summer, it would be much more convenient if it could keep water and juice cold, as many guests prefer chilled drinks. The rooms are also a bit small, but for me, that was not a problem

Pros:

Minden nap volt takarítás, be készített víz és az ágynemű is minden nap cserélve volt. A légkondicionáló is működött.

Cons:

Az ajtó kártya rendszeresen hibás volt, mindig újat kellet cserélni amikor a szállásra vissza tértem.

Temizlik iyiydi. Konumda iyu

Cons:

Sabah check in alan ekip cok iyiydi. Fakat aksamda calisan resepsiyon gorevlisi yaptigi isi sevmiyor sanirim. Kendi bile mutlu degil ki misafiri mutlu etsin.

Pros:

ibis Gaziantep'te bayramın 1.inci günü için konaklama gerçekleştirdik. Diğer İbis standart otelleri gibi. Fiyat/performans bir konaklama seçeneği.

Varış - Check-in oldukça hızlıydı. Bayram olduğu için konaklayanlar çoktu ve sigara içilen odalar kalmamıştı. Ulaşımı arabayla kolay sağlanan bir otel.

Otopark - Otopark'ları 2 katlı, Novotel otoparkıyla birleşik anladığımız kadarıyla. Fakat konakladığımız süreçte doluydu ve otelin kaldırımına park ettik. Otopark'ın da bazı dönüşleri zor, acemi sürücüler için zorlayıcı olabilir (duvardaki çiziklerden de belli çok kişinin araçlarını çizdiğini)

Odalar - klasik ibis odaları gibi. Saç kurutma, safe, kettle (bu ibis'teki kettle bi tık daha iyi önceki kaldığımıza göre), minibar'da su. Diğer ibislere göre daha ince yorganları vardı - yorgan da denilemez pikeydi aslında çok ince. Havalandırma da oldukça iyi çalışıyordu. Televizyonlar smart tv değil normal kanallar var. Ayrıca, ses yalıtımı çok iyi ve de kapılar sur kapısı gibi çok ağır.

Konforlu, temiz ve hijyenik. Gönül rahatlığıyla seçebileceğiniz bir yer.

Cons:

Otopark - konakladığımız süreçte doluydu ve otoparka park etmek zorunda kaldık. Otopark dönüşleri de çok dar, acemi sürücüler için zor olabilir.
