The location was perfect for our early flight the next morning. The lobby was bright and cheerful, the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was basic but did the trick. And the room rate was excellent! I will definitely consider this place on my next visit.
I was really happy overall. The only thing that was a bit confusing was the layout of the 3 buildings and trying to figure out where to park the car that would feel safe and also be easy to find. But that can't be changed and I get it.

Great first impression. Night staff was great and very pleasant, accommodating and professional. Rooms are newer and good size. Like the idea of external sink. Some of our team were doubled in rooms. Let us bring in pizza one night and hang in the eating area. Concessions were not outrageously priced like many hotels. The desk space was nice. It was generally quiet as well.
Disappointed I have to write this, but check out staff were terrible. I asked for printed copies of the bills for our three rooms (we were there for a week). They denied me at least seven times and said they couldn't print receipts because we booked online. Both members there were very unprofessional, but eventually they printed them out for me. Could have saved a lot of time by just doing it. This treatment alone will mean we won't be back to this hotel next year. But there is more. The breakfast is minimal at best. The bathroom is small and the separate sink while a nice idea is too small to really use - no stopper, mirror is too far back to shave easily and no counter space. Two people could not keep their personal items there at one time.

Staff was not helpful at check in, the room was clean but I could hear other rooms more than is expected at a hotel. The TV was also not user friendly at all and I was never offered the option to shuttle to the airport even though it is listed on the website as included in the price.
