The Aircon was leaking.

I booked 2 days in advance and was confirmed for check-in on the 14th of Feb after I made my payment. When I arrived at the hotel on the date of check-in, i was told the room was occupied, and I was then told to go look for a room elsewhere. I had only arrived from another country. This was after I received confirmation from booking.com, and the room was fully paid. I was disappointed and left the place to loo for a room elsewhere. The next day, I came back to the hotel and insisted I stay the next 3 days to finish off what I paid for. There was no word on refund for the 1st night that was wasted for nothing. I asked for a refund and was told only booking.com would facilitate that, and it would take up to a month. I was given a room but had to wait till 3 pm in the afternoon to move in. That was on the 15th of Feb. I moved into a room that had no bathroom sink, so I had to brush my teeth and clean my face using the kitchen sink. I still had a day left when the password key yo my room was changed. I had to report the matter to the reception and waited almost two hours before I was given a new passkey. It was so frustrating. This is my first time to do a acomodation booking through booking.com and it was the worst experience of my life. My money is going to go to waste for nothing on my first night without any hope of being refunded. Passion Makati is a cheat, and I hope they don't do this to any of their customers ever again. They have also stained the reputation of booking.com and I think I can't trust the site again ti make any future booking because of such a very bad experience.

Old and shabby, leaky toilet, bed is old but comfy, likewise couch

Old room, no cooking plate, old bathroom, swimming pool not available, air-conditioning bad location next bed

Everything else, no microwave, no electric kettle, had water bugs, termites, and it doesn't look like the picture at all

No wifi was then transferred to an apartment no cooking allowed

It was horrible. Firstly the photo doesn't do justice to the place we stayed in. There is completely different furniture and layout. Secondly it was horribly dirty, cockroaches, dried flowers, no latch on the door so we pushed the door open with a sofa, very old air conditioners running on their last breath with mould. Old furniture, shabby looking.
I asked the cleaning girls to help with the wi fai and they came in without knocking. Thanks to them they were helpful but no knocking to barge in when we were alone in the apartment.

Everything is broken.

Cleaning was not done to our room since day we arrived until just 1 day before we checked out the cleaners came n cleaned room because we saw them and they came. Outside the room in the hall way there was cig or vape smoking smell most of time - each time we walked to our room and we got out of room.
