Pros:

complete facility like shampoo, shower gel, dish washing, hair blower, iron, slippers, tissues, ref, hot shower, tv, wifi, alcohol and other that you need in your stay. I would recomend it, even though meron maliit na ipis but over all super worthit for the price. And acessable to malls, convience store and 1 ride to MRT/LRT station, malapit sa Walter Mart, Ayala and other malls.

Cons:

May ipis , maliit na ipis pero hindi sya hadlang sa stay nami. I only see 2 ipis.
