Good location, spacious rooms.
The room was damaged by someone who has smoked in it previously. This included burn marks in toilet and a hole on the ottoman. The bed sheets were stained. The hotel also claimed that we didn’t have breakfast included and therefore denied it to us- although our reservation clearly states that the breakfast was included. We contacted customer support on booking.com but received disappointing message that said that they weren’t able to reach agreement with hotel. We still haven’t received refund.
